Overall it was very goodWas disappointed the hot tub was not working as that is why I went with the property for the private hot tub Just so you know in the bedroom one the toilet fills up every so often, so the seal must be badIn the bathroom on second level the one on the right the handle kept getting looseEveryone enjoyed the pool and fusible tables

We’d like to clarify that the home is not advertised as having a private hot tub, and the listing specifies access to the community pool and hot tub in the description. The property has a lot of positive points. The bedding is good, the hot water is excellent, the house is very spacious with lots of room to spread out, plenty of televisions if you want to watch television. But there a lot of improvements that really need addressing and I am not sure the owners know about them. The large couch in the living room is ripped and the carpeting are really worn out and need some repair or replacement, many of the pan bottoms are warped, the wifi is extremely slow almost like the old dial up stem, blinds and the laundry room doors need attention I had to get a can of WD 40 to get them to work, the outdoor grill has one burner missing, the pool cues have no tips so you really can't use them, many of the electrical outlets are not working and the ones that do are very loose, and finally if you have problems climbing stairs there are a lot of stairs in this large home. Again I am not sure the owners are aware of the problems.

Hi Richard, Thank you for your thoughtful review. This home is new to our program and the owner is adding things to improve it for sure! We have ordered new pool cues and again are working on replacing the couch, getting new pans too. The Wifi does run a bit slow for some reason in that part of Keystone but works well with not too many devices. We hope you will come back again and visit in another of our many properties! Very nice property for 7 guys, great location, nice back deck, big kitchen, living room, driveway parking for 5 vehicles really helped. Freezer Ice maker barely worked, I messaged hosts and did not get a response that fixed it. Of the two grills, one was so dirty it was unusable, Broken patio chair was held together with steel wire that cut my arm. If hot tube is unusable it should be taken out. Too bad recycling is not provided, sounds like a county issue not Host issue. Screen door on patio would have been helpful for cooling house in evening, early morning.

We're so glad to hear your group enjoyed the spacious layout, the large kitchen and living area, the back deck, our convenient location, and having enough driveway parking for everyone. We also appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience with the ice maker. As we discussed during your stay, it can occasionally struggle to keep up with the demands of larger groups, and we appreciate your understanding. We also appreciate you bringing the grill and patio chair to our attention. These items have since been addressed by our maintenance team. Regarding the hot tub, it is currently out of service and, as noted in our listing, is not offered as an amenity while we work through the necessary repairs. We understand your comments about recycling and the patio screen door as well. Unfortunately, Summit County does not currently offer curbside recycling service, but we appreciate the suggestion regarding the screen door and will certainly keep it in mind for future improvements. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate it, and we're glad your group had an enjoyable stay overall. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
