The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, including an air fryer, and a grill is available as well. The waterfront community pool is just steps away, and a 12x30 boat slip is included.

We wanted a waterfront property and looked for the perfect condo. When we saw this 3 bedroom condo and how updated it was we couldn't pass it up. We loved how the deck was so private. We thought the open floorplan worked really well for families and also the master bedroom being located on the other end of the condo worked well. The grounds we thought were beautiful. Our biggest surprise was after we bought and were setting on the deck at night, the lights make it magical.

The location of the condo is great! Also the way this condo is situated you are waterfront but can't see any of the other condo's decks in the complex so it makes it very private. We also love the waterfront pool.
