• 3 bedrooms/3 full baths, sleeps 8 (one king, one queen, 2 sets of bunkbeds) Each bedroom has its own bath.
• HUGE, comfortable patio/porch with great conversation seating and a dining table for 8, out there as well. Plenty of room out here for relaxing and looking at the sunset. The deck has two open, screened sides which offers more room and a great breeze.
• Smart TV’s in every bedroom for video on demand (you must have your own account). The bunk bed room has TV for kids as well.
• WiFi internet available and cable
• 30X12 dock space. Lock box at dock for you items overnight. Boat launch and trailer storage options close by.
• 3rd floor, walk-in unit with NO STEPS, walk right in from parking for ease with carrying your things in. Great for those with little ones, or older family members.
• New Weber BBQ grill
• Full size washer and dryer
• 2 pools in complex for your use
• Tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts and playground area
• Close to great golf courses, good restaurants, shopping, outlet mall, Four Seasons Golf and Spa Shiki

They place was amazing . Close to everything you can think about doing. The location is perfect for the hot weather also. It was in the 90's the whole time but the placement of the deck makes it so there is a nice breeze all the time. Definitely worth coming back.......

XL Balcony. Great Lake Views

This is the best condo we’ve booked on the lake. It’s spacious and comfortable and well kept. The screened balcony is twice the normal size, with an amazing view of the channel but still quiet. There are no steps to the front door, and there’s plenty of parking. The owner is great and responsive to any questions or issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the week!

Fantastic stay!

Can't stress enough how pleased we were with our stay! The condo is beautiful, even better than the pictures. The screened-in balcony was great with plenty of room for everyone to lounge. The kids loved jumping in the lake off the swimming deck, fishing off the pier, and hanging out at the pool. Jim was wonderful to deal with - very prompt with communication throughout our visit. It is only about a 10 minute drive to Bagnell Dam and all the shops in the downtown area. We'd highly recommend staying here, and can't wait to visit again soon!

Our Fave!

We have rented from Jim for several years. Both units he’s had are beautifully well kept, easy to checkin and checkout. He is very easy to contact and quickly responds. This particular unit is very spacious, and the location is perfect. We can always relax and feel “at home” when we are there. Thanks, Jim!

Long Weekend in the Ozarks

Great space, location, and layout. Awesome deck to hang out on and enjoy the main channel view. Close by boat and car to many restaurants/bars and the slip was convenient and easy to get in and out of. Would definitely stay again!

Great Lake Vacation!

The condo was perfect for a family stay at the lake! The pool was great and tennis/pickle ball courts were a nice athletic start to the days. The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication with the host was excellent! Highly recommended!

Amazing Lake View

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The lake view from the deck is amazing. I could sit on that deck watching the water 24/7. Our children and grandchildren used the lower pool daily. We didn’t have any luck fishing, but it was still fun for the grandchildren. The owner is very easy to communicate with for questions or concerns. He always responded very quickly.

This was our second time staying in this unit. We have zero complains. The place is clean, perfect for families, and it is equipped with everything you might need. Place is better than the pictures posted. The lake view is magical. Jim was great to work with. We highly recommend this place!

Large screened porch is amazing!

The screened porch and lake views make this place. It is bigger than we thought with a large master bedroom. We spent most meals on the screened porch. The kids(teenagers) loved the swimming dock and pools and spent a ton of time there. This condo was just what we needed. Thanks Jim!

Fantastic Trip

We had an awesome trip. The condo had everything we needed. The rooms were exactly as described and the pictures were exactly as shown on the website. We spent our most time on the screened in deck overlooking the lake. What a great place to spend a few days with family. Jim and Karen were very accommodating with any question we had. We will definitely book again. Five stars all the way!

Annual lake trip

Had an amazing time at Regetta Bay. The Dennis’contacted and make sure all was well with our trip. We had tons of room, beautiful deck, easy to find, great pool and much more. We will return.

Amazing place to stay!

We had 6 adults and 1 child and the place was amazing! Big enough that we all weren’t on top of each other and close to the pool. The pool was great for my toddler and the boat slip had easy access. Over all a really enjoyable time!

Fantastic views and comfortable surroundings.

2nd stay at this wonderful property. The condo is tastefully decorated and feels like the perfect home away from home. Views are outstanding and the owner is very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay!
