Unwind in the quiet of the country. Enjoy the pasture view in the backyard and woodlands from the front porch. Relax with family and friends at this peaceful high end upgraded manufactured home.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a nectar mattress and an en suite bathroom, television and views of the oak trees with Spanish moss and woodlands.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with views of the goat pasture.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and views of the adjacent pasture where you can watch the goats play. The dining table seats six. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry area.

Located in rural Lithia, Rosshaven is 15 minutes from Alafia River State Park’s mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, visiting family in the Lithia area, enjoying Alafia River State Park or needing a place to stay between selling and buying a new home, Rosshaven is the ideal rural retreat.

Perfect

This is a beautiful little place and very quiet. We enjoyed the goats and being able to see the horses and cows in the field. This property had everything we needed, was very clean and organized. We really enjoyed this little country home. Heidi was very quick to respond to any questions I had. If you are looking for quiet this is the place.

Country calm

We were in the area for our nephew's wedding. This location was perfect as it was quiet, safe, and cozy. The owners were very responsive and the house was well stocked. The location was a great launch for attractions in Tampa. We would definitely book again.

Just what we needed!

We needed a short-term rental during our move and this location was great! It had the space we needed, all of the kitchen items we needed to cook, as all of ours were packed and the cutest area for their goats. We loved feeding them every day. The location was quiet, clean and we were able to park our Uhual there as well. The owners lived right across the way but gave us our space. They answered every question we had immediately. As a local Realtor, their hospitality went a long with us. If you need to get away for a bit or need a rental in between your move, this is a great option.

Away from everything

Comfortable, country backroads place. 10 miles to town, groceries, shops. Kids fed the goats over the fence. Hosts were helpful with special arrangements we asked for.

Quiet Retreat

This home provides a clean and quiet getaway for those looking to stay in the Lithia area. The goats are an added bonus. Property managers are thoughtful and very helpful.

Great place

We had an amazing, relaxing time. Goats out back that greeted us every day. Such an amazing property! We will be staying here when we visit Tampa. One of our favorites.

Fun Farm Getaway!

We absolutely loved it. I needed a place where out toddlers could run and also our dog. A hotel just isn't the place for us to stretch out legs like that. This place was perfect. We woke-up to charming goats and very friendly cows! The hosts were great and house was comfortable and roomy!

Excellent stay

We were visiting family in Fishhawk and this made for a great overnight base for us. Clint and Heidi were friendly online and checked to make sure we were comfortable. The property had everything we needed.

Great place

Such a great little hidden gem in Lithia. We needed a place to stay for 2+ weeks and it was perfect. Enough room for a family of six. Fully stocked with all the necessities.

We currently live in Tampa, Florida. Clint grew up here in the mountains of North Carolina and our family lived here for a number of years. Heid grew up in Utah south of Salt Lake City. We opened Rosshaven NC in July of 2022.
