Riverview Stay

Lovely home. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Home was very spacious & accommodating. Owner was readily available to respond to any inquiries. I'd definitely rent again if ever needed in the area.

Great Comfortable Home for Large family or group

The property was very comfortable. It was clean and had all the essentials. The bedrooms are very spacious and beds were comfortable. Edgar offered excellent customer service and check in was a breeze. Recommended for sure!

Good location, plenty of room

Three couples came to visit relatives in the area, and had more room than we needed! The owner responded to any question we had within 15 minutes - never had that happen.

Comfortable Stay

We were in Riverview to visit family. The house was clean and comfortable. The perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day.

Great place

Really nice house it accommodated 7 people comfortably as we were in Tampa for a flag football tournament. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this place and would look at renting this house again in a similar situation.

A nice home for family members to stay for a family wedding

This is a nice property. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms this enabled us to have enough separate space for three brothers and their wives (all over 60 years old). The upstairs shower not associated with the main suite had a low flow. The home was nice and suitable but was starting to show its age. It could use a few more glassware such as drinking glasses and wine glasses. It could use a little touch up on the walls and floors, but it met our needs to stay together. It was a good location for a wedding venue outside of Tampa. The host was very prompt in answering our questions. This was an excellent value for a family to stay together.

Very Disappointing Experience.

The property was not clean in fact my wife had to wash the bathroom carpets, so our feet stayed clean. The coffee pot was black inside and had to be scrubbed before use. The upstairs floor was dangerous in that the owner attempted to replace his flooring but did an extremely poor job to the point it was lifting and near the steps was unsafe. We did contact Vrbo and the owner but with little success. We left 2 days early. This property is not as advertised. I do not recommend it at all and I have used Vrbo before and had great success. This property is not up to their standards.

Amazing

The property was as advertised. Very spacious and clean.The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal. The house was close to Restaurants, Grocery Stores and Gas. I would definitely stay at this property again. Edgar was the best. I had asked if I could check in early and he said yes!. Thanks sooooo much for letting us check in early!

Everything about it was perfect!

From the moment I booked it to the day I left, everything was perfect. The home was extremely clean. We were there for a motorcycle event. We had the garage to store the bikes so no worries and truth be told, the neighborhood was extremely nice and well kept and even the neighbors were friendly. 4 bedrooms had plenty of space. Disnt use the grill but it was there along with screened in sun room. The host was attentive and just extremely nice and courteous which is rare these days. They home was beautiful inside and out! You will not regret one moment inside. They even had seasonings there for you but of course you can bring your own. The kitchen had plenty of cook and serve ware for you. This is probably my first total 5 Stat review but there are no lies told here. It was relaxing, everything worked. It was nice. Not to mention you made 4 brothers extremely happy to fulfill their deceased brothers dream of riding together come true by accommodating us all. Lots Of tears of love. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!
