Great location. Loved the deck and view, the kayaks and walking to dinner. Hosts were very responsive. The house was well furnished and comfortable.

This home is extremely well appointed and comfortable. The host is responsive and caring. The scenery is peaceful and the neighborhood is safe. Easy access to Newport and all it has to offer.

Perfect spot for us and our 3 young kids. Place was immaculately clean and the host expects you to treat their place as such which is not an issue for us. Kayaks were awesome and easy to maneuver. We even did a slip n slide on the lawn for the kids. Great location with some awesome restaurants within walking distance and Newport is close with lots more touristy options. Would definitely stay again.

My daughters, granddaughter and I celebrated by 80th birthday at this beautiful residence at 1 Coral Street, Portsmouth, RI. It was the first time any of us had the pleasure of visiting Rhode Island. The property was about 30 miles from Newport. We spent most of our time in Newport, as we had activities booked there. I chose to stay at this residence due to its lovely location on the water, the spaciousness of the home and it had the number of bedrooms we were looking for.The owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They were flexible on our arrival and departure. The home was very clean and well supplied. Thank you for a memorable visit!

Thank you for your review, Suzanne. We would welcome your lovely family back, anytime. I’d just like to correct that downtown Newport is 12.4 miles from the property, according to MapQuest, but I don’t doubt that it felt like thirty miles if you got stuck in vacation traffic or road work!

The house was very nice and comfortable for our party of six adults. We couldn’t get enough of the water views from the property. It was a relaxing place to stay that was still close to good restaurants, and easy to visit Newport.

A wonderful month on the Rhode Island shore

The house is amazing

The Hosts were very nice , and very friendly, this was the best stay I ever had, I would give this a 10 star rating if I could. The views were amazing , the beds and all the furniture were top notch.

Wonderful stay!

Three couples together for a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. Our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant, from the great communication from the host to the beautiful water views. House was extremely comfortable and well appointed for the 6 of us. Host welcomed us when we arrived and was available by text whenever we needed anything. Overall, great place to stay!

Great place!!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views particularly in morning and evening. Very comfortable and close to everything Newport area has to offer. Owners live next door and were there to great us. Very nice and helpful.

Family of 6, perfect getaway

More than enough room, more than enough activities for family of six, which was perfect since weather was not perfect. House was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

Great Location

The house was very clean and very well equipped. Maureen the host was always on hand to answer any questions. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this property.

AWESOME

This has been by far the best rental property yet I have stayed at by using vrbo. Communication between the host and myself couldn’t have been better with amazing views and a clean property. This will be 10/10 my go to spot for Portsmouth RI

Portsmouth RI Rental

Great location, right on the water, and just a short drive to several beaches and Newport. Kids absolutely loved the game room in the garage. Hosts are incredibly responsive and right next door if you need anything.

Great stay

We were in the Newport area for a family wedding. This property was a perfect home base for our group. The home was very clean and had plenty of amenities. We did not have time for the water activities but enjoyed the view while sipping our morning coffee.

Amazing getaway!!

Thank you to Maureen and Brad for hosting their home to my family and I. The house was spacious and spotless, the amenities were wonderful, the yard was pristine and beautiful and the beach toys were lots of fun. Communication with the owners was easy, and they quickly responded anytime we reached out. We will come stay again!

Lovely home, Great location

We had a lovely weekend. Quiet area, lovely, well-kept home. Two and a half bath makes it a great stay for a larger family. Great restaurant up the street for a terrific breakfast. Close to both Newport and Providence, which I think has the best zoo for little kids that I have ever been too! A great place for a family vacation and a lovely, responsive owner.

Maureen and Brad were consummate hosts. They respond to any requests and while they live next door they were very respectful of our privacy. The house is clean, well stocked and a superb location. We would definitely return.It is a beautiful spot at any time of day but the sunrises are particularly spectacular.
