Lovely home right on the water. Clean, spacious, quiet - exactly as advertised. Tiverton is a lovely town, perfect for a quiet getaway.

We loved the home and location! It was wonderful to be able to wake up and have coffee on the deck while looking at the water. The house was close to lots of great food and activities, but still felt peaceful and remote. It was truly perfect.

Amazing location that we so convenient but felt miles away from the crowds. Just a peaceful. We will definitely be back for longer next year.

Jason has a beautiful home well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and soap/paper goods for bathroom and kitchen were so helpful. Not having experienced well water before, it had a strong smell and orange tint. We used bottled water to cook and sometimes wash. Overall the experience was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and it was great having our older mini Goldendoodle with us. Views were spectacular and the neighborhood was wonderful for walks. Thank you so much for the use of your home.

An orange tint in well water usually comes from natural iron my house keeper have inform me and we have change the water filter. Thank you for keep the house in good condition. Please let me know book your next stay I can add a discount to your stay.

Beautiful ocean view in every room. Quiet, serene, and peaceful. Coming from Hawaii, the Pacific Ocean, is definitely different from the Atlantic Ocean. Nonetheless, the view is stunning in every room. I just wish we knew there weren’t shampoos, conditioners, body wash, laundry detergent, and coffee pods provided. Not a big deal, a quick trip to the store will do. The water started to get yellow on the 3rd day, but has nothing to do with the host. Just needed a filter change. We’d definitely go back. Overall, a lovely home. All are minor things, we are being spoiled with sandy beaches, clean water, salty air, a bit of waves and has nothing to do with the property nor the host. The host was great in communication and the property was amazing and I definitely recommend this awesome place.

The location is top notch. So pretty looking out at the water while having coffee each morning. A few things in the house itself could be better. The shower just inside the entrance to the house has some privacy curtains so people outside can’t see you, But then there are doors to go further inside the house with no coverings. So anyone wandering in that open to all area can see you. Why not put shades on the inside of that door? There is also a toilet and sink just inside that area with a curtain separating that area from the toilet, but no door, so people can easily wander in. Maybe put up a curtain to add some privacy. Very inexpensive. When we got there we immediately put food in the refrigerator/freezer. We knew in advance the house had well water. There were ice cubes in the freezer and smelled bad. So we emptied and washed trays and made new ice with bottled water. We then went out for a few hours. When we came back to have cocktails with ice, they smelled horrible once again. Like fish! We contacted host who said he allowed previous renter to put fish in there. He said he’d refund 50 for inconvenience. So far not received. Hopefully, he honors this. Overall, beautiful outside view. I hope they do some deep clean of the refrigerator and freezer before the next guests. If they fix that and address the lack of privacy mentioned, I feel it would be a great place and value.
