Best beach condo ever!

Third year in a row staying at this beautiful condo. As always, it is like new, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all necessary beach accessories such as tents, chairs, coolers, towels, and toys. It's truly a home away from home. The beach is steps from the patio and is never crowded. We were sad to leave and look forward to next year!

An Amazing Stay!

We couldn't have found a better place to stay! With just steps to the beach, it was everything we hoped it would be. The condo was so well appointed and stocked with so many extras. The view of the ocean from the living room and master was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful week!

Great Family Trip

Our family of seven stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and perfect to accommodate our group. Being on the ground floor was an added bonus as it allowed easy access to the beach and pool. Colleen was very responsive which provided a nice personal touch. This unit will be the benchmark all future stays will be compared to.

North Florida Dandy

This is a spectacular condo, a first floor walkout to the beach with a beautiful patio. The owners, Colleen and Walter are very responsive and have wonderful taste in decorating as well. If you are looking for stay on the North Florida coast, this is your place! My wife and I just enjoyed a week there . , it was too short of a time! :)

Great Location

Our reservation with another condo was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We were provide contact information for Walter and Colleen as a possible alternative. Walter and Colleen worked with us and were able to get us into their condo with a very short notice. The condo exceeded our expectations. The unit had been recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent with un-believable views and access to the beach. The area had excellent restaurants and other attractions which added to our visit. Walter and Colleen are excellent hosts and the condo is an excellent option for anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Highly recommended

Second year at this condo. Agree with a previous review about wanting to keep it secret. Upon arrival it is fresh and clean, stocked with everything you need for a beach day. Waters in the fridge, snacks on the counter and a coffee and tea bar are a few examples of what makes your stay here a cut above the rest. Beds are very comfortable with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. Bathrooms are really nice and are well supplied. Beautiful view of the ocean and you really are just steps away from the beach access. Already planning for our return next year!

Best Rental at Crescent Beach!

I cannot begin to explain how perfect this condo is for a wonderful vacation! To begin with the owner was just amazing in all aspects of decorating, stocking it with everything you would need and great communication. Comfortable beds, and toiletries for all your needs. Even beach chairs, toys and trash bags! Seriously, they have thought of everything! I have rented for over 38 years in the area and this is by far our favorite rental. Close to the beach boardwalk and pool and every detail has been addressed to ensure all you really need is to bring your toothbrush.

Beautiful beachfront condo

This condo was beautifully decorated and offered everything we needed. We loved the first floor condo and being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Plenty of space for our family of 6 with an infant. The host went above and beyond making sure our stay was great. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Best beach rental

I am hesitant to even write about how wonderful our stay was because we want to keep this amazing rental from getting too popular! It was a wonderful home that was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING and we loved being on the first floor so our kids could easily come in and out from the beach. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Crescent Beach Condo

My family (wife, daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren) spent a thoroughly enjoyable two weeks at this Sand Dollar II condo in Crescent Beach. The condo was immaculate and supplied with everything you could think of. We loved the area with trips to St Augustine, Kennedy Space Center and Orlando. But our days at the beach and pool are the most memorable. We will be back.

Crescent Beach Condo

This is by far the best condo we have stayed in while visiting Florida! The condo was nicely furnished with great access to the beach and pool. The views are amazing and the area was not crowded. The condo has everything you can think of, just bring your suitcase. Colleen and Walter are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect

Knew this was perfect when we stepped in the door. Beautifully/newly redecorated, plenty of room for the six of us, and wonderful views of the ocean. Probably the most well-equipped rental we’ve ever had. The first floor unit meant we had “extra” patio room and steps to the walkover to the beach, with tortoise and rabbit to watch! Quiiet neighbors, but very convenient to plenty of amenities. And just a HUGE beach. Highly, highly recommend.

5-star and Fantastic Coastal Condo Vacation

We spent a relaxing week at this condo in Crescent Beach. We were able to be tourists exploring all the fun in St. Augustine which is a super quick 20 minute drive north. The highlight of our trip was the condo and beach. Due to the location we felt we were on a private beach with everyone spaced a good distance apart. The condo itself was a super clean, farmhouse meets coastal design that we loved. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds and couches. Loved the fully equipped kitchen. The view from this condo was fantastic due to large windows and sliders off living room and master bedroom. Also loved being on first floor, so sitting in living room you feel like you are close to outside. The owners were so sweet to leave snacks, coffee and waters. They also had plenty of towels to use. Great water pressure and no clogged showers. Fabulous vacation and worth every penny! Thank you!

Walter rehabs apartments and I was an interior designer, so this condo became a very special project for us. Spending quality time together is priceless, which is what we’d like to share with you. Slow down and just be grateful for the natural beauty and those around you.

Truly beachfront!!!The ground floor condo is the best! We walk to the beach and the pool in just a few steps, it’s so convenient, we honestly didn’t realize how awesome this is, until we lived it. Crescent beach is our favorite, never too busy, but busy enough. The beach is wide and flat, ideal for long walks and bike rides, or just watching the dolphins play. The condo was FULLY renovated in 2021 and we used it weekends and holidays for a year, just for our family. Everything inside is less than 2 years old and immaculately kept. We have everything you need too, beach chairs, shade, we have it all for you to enjoy. St Augustine is the oldest city in the US and offers a unique charm with history and fine dining. It’s a special place to visit.

We have 2 teenagers, so we wanted a 3 bedroom condo. These are hard to find in St. Augustine! Unit sleeps 7 and has dining and lounging space for 7 too! Location, ground floor. DIRECT beachfront, no looking around corners to enjoy the view of the ocean. We wanted afternoon shade on the patio because Florida is so hot in the Summer. If it’s raining, sit inside and take in the ocean view from the living space or master bedroom. You can even watch the sunrise from the master bedroom! Proximity to St Augustine-20 minute drive. 2 hours to Disney World. This is our piece of paradise, we hope you come and enjoy it!
