The split floor plan is perfect for large families, couples traveling together or Girls Trips! Enjoy the serene beaches, relax by the pool or take a short drive to "The Oldest City" and see the sights

The condo is ground floor (no stairs) with easy access from the covered parking garage with plenty of free parking.

The master suite has a king bed, twin daybed and twin slide out trundle. En suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower stall. Enjoy a large walk-in closet with plenty of room to unpack. Roku TV

The second bedroom has a king bed, large closet and dresser and Roku TV.

Third bedroom has two twin beds.

Living area with Roku TV and sectional seating is open to a fully stocked kitchen, large bar/counter space and extra long table, perfect for dining, board games and puzzles.

One of two pools and shared community grill are steps from the condo. A second larger pool is just beyond the next building.

The beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the condo through the complex and across a private boardwalk leading through beautiful beach dunes. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and beach wagon provided. If you need easier access to the beach, just take your car! The vehicle beach access is just a half mile up the road.

We are dog-friendly, however, we have a maximum 45lb weight limit and some breeds may not be allowed by the HOA. We will need to know your dogs breed and weight prior to reserving.

Host was very responsive. Condo was well equipped with small things most are not (dishwashing tabs, baggies, lots of beach chairs, wagon, etc.). Quiet (at least in August when we were there). Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay! Plenty of space, stocked kitchen with cooking tools, clean, close to the pool. Beautiful beach access and location for seeing the city. The host was very helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful. Our family of 7 was very comfortable. We had 1 bed we didn’t even use. Very spacious. This was the most well stocked place I’ve ever seen. It has everything you could need or want. Short walk to the beach. Would be perfect for a family or a group. We will be planning next year’s vacation soon and plan on returning here.

Our family of six loved this condo. We have four kids aged six through 11 and it was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for everybody to sleep. Plenty of room to eat and chill. There is one pool and hot tub that’s very close, which was so handy. The walk to the beach is longer than I thought it would be, but our family had a nice time with it. If you’ve got a lot of smaller kids, it might be a little far. But overall, we absolutely loved this place. The host was very nice and communicated very well. I had no issues at all. We would love to stay there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The unit is so cute and spacious. About a 10min private boardwalk to the beach. Such a bonus that it was pet friendly and we got to bring our dogs to enjoy in the fun. The beach is also dog friendly. House is amazingly stocked with beach equipment and a large wagon- no need to bring your own stuff! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Rachael was prompt with communication and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was super close and there is a nice courtyard area. The condo has almost everything you could need which was great. Wonderful communication from the host. We would stay here again.

We recently spent a long weekend in St. Augustine to celebrate the life of our brother. Relatives came from Texas, Pennsylvania, North Georgia and a few from Florida. Our immediate family six adults a toddler and a baby stayed in this lovely little condo. The rooms and bed layout worked nicely and our host included a pack-and-play for the baby which was extremely helpful. The small back porch and adjacent yard worked well for the 2 mini-dachshunds that tagged along, not stairs or elevators to navigate. The condo was packed with beach accessories with at least 10 chairs, a beach wagon and separate chair carrier along with umbrellas and plenty of beach towels. Lots of pillows on the beds with more in the closet if needed and plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, perfect for families who choose to cook. The pool was close enough to use a baby monitor for nap times. The beach was an easy 10-minute walk. The A/C really cooled the main living area and master, but the smaller rooms were a bit stuffy….we fixed that by leaving the doors open and adding fans . Lots of books, puzzles and TV channels which kept us entertained during the one rainy day. The historic section of St. Augustine was an easy 15 minute drive where we found plenty of delicious restaurants and interesting little shops to meander into. Great location, plenty of amenities and perfect accommodations.

This place is well kept clean, spacious inside, comfortable beds. Convenient pool location right outside of the condo. Beach was easy 5-10 walk from condo.

Clean and great location

Clean and cozy. We love being able to walk down to boardwalk to the beach in the mornings. Very close to the pool.

Great beach condo

My family had a great stay in St. Augustine. Our condo was beautiful and clean, comfortable beds and all the everyday things you need. It was a short drive to downtown/historic shops and sights. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Short spring break trip

This place is fantastic. It was super nice and clean. It has everything that you could need. Including chairs, towels, an umbrella, even a beach wagon. It’s a short walk to the beach, right by the pool. Great location near shops and restaurants. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of space. It was a great time and we’d def recommend anyone coming to St. Augustine.

Great property for family of 6

We had a great trip and the property was perfect for our family with 4 kids ages 10-16. All the beds were comfortable and had nice/new linens. We could walk to the beach in 5 min and enjoyed the outdoor spa right outside our rental. Thank you!

St. Augustine birthday trip!

This place was great! Super clean and liked the layout. Rachel, our host, was extremely nice and responsive. Loved the personal touch with the Happy Birthday sign for my Mom upon entry! Other than no cable tv, this place was excellent. We did have Roku tv though and that was nice. Would definitely recommend it and consider returning!

Perfect Stay

We loved staying here! We have stayed in many rentals and this was definitely one of the cleanest we've stayed in. Just a short 7-8 minute walk to the beach. We didn't use the pool due to the weather but it looked nice and was super close to the condo. Rachael was great to work with. She gave us recommendations of where to eat and things to do in the area. Very helpful! We would love to stay here again!
