The pristine interior of this single-level home boasts a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy nook with a dining table for six - great for mealtimes or family game nights, and a sunlit living area with a plush sectional, desk and chair, wood-burning fireplace, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. And outside, dine alfresco in the furnished front yard, or meet up around the firepit out back. The entire yard is completely fenced, making this space secure for dogs and kids.

THINGS TO KNOW
TV streaming services are available with guest accounts.
The bedrooms are all connected. You must access two of the bedrooms via the first bedroom. The bunk room can also be accessed via the back patio.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
