This condo exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our family of four. It was super clean and beautifully updated just steps from the beach. We were able to walk to the Garden City Pier several times. The only thing to consider would be that it is up three flights of stairs if you have mobility issues. That wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Clean, cute condo in a great location. Walk directly across the street to the beach. The condo had all of the starter items needed (dish soap, spices, paper products) which was a money saver. Check-in and out were both a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean inside and overall a great experience. Very grateful that the host left a bag there with extra garbage bags, detergent, etc! The condo had everything we could’ve possibly needed.

The location of this wonderful listing couldn't be more convenient to the beach. That you walk down the stairs and are at the crossing to a public access point is amazing!

My family & I recently booked this property and enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, safe, true to picture/description, and in a prime location literally steps away from the beach.The only con beds were uncomfortable and air filter needed to be change as dust was in the air Overall my family & I plan to return

Let me start by saying that Danielle was incredibly accommodating to and understanding of a family’s needs/complications. What a host!The oceanfront/beach is so close. Let me put it this way, not even three kids under 10 complained about the short jaunt to it. The only thing we did all moan about was the fact that the unit is up three flights of stairs. While we thoroughly enjoyed this place, I will caution you that the quarters are better suited for a smaller party of guests. All that being said, do not hesitate in booking this spot. It was a steal to find a place this close to the water for so cheap!Thanks, Danielle!

The condo was clean overall but a few things could have been better. The condo was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Checking in and out was challenging but not impossible. Parking off the street is good , if parking in alley way is a bit tight especially if you have a large vehicle.

We hate to hear you felt things could have been better. We make sure to let guests know in the description that there is no elevator and it's on the 3rd floor. We also try to accommodate everyone with a code for easy access, and hate hearing you did not find that easy. Glad you had a good vacation.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities provided were plentiful and made out stay incredibly comfortable. The location itself was perfect which added to the overall convenience of our stay.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the condo and loved everything about it from the cleanliness to all all the special touches that made it a very relaxing getaway! Danielle was a great host - communication and details about the condo were perfect! We will look forward to returning!

Great getaway
