Mater bedroom with King sized bed and luxurious modern bathroom. Plenty of games for the family which include an arcade game, fooseball table and cornhole for outdoors. Backyard Oasis with brand new custom pool with heating option and plenty of loungers to soak up the AZ sun. Gather for an outdoor meal under the patio at the dining table for up to 8 people. Other things to note
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $400 per week. Must notify management at least 48 hours in advance for pool heating.

Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Only registered guests are allowed at the home without prior consent of management.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

No smoking in home at any time.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in an early termination of your reservation. We want our guests to have fun and enjoy all that AZ has to offer but we fully expect the home and neighbors to be respected.
