-Down stairs includes two bedrooms with queen sized beds with a shared main level bathroom.

-Living area with plenty of seating and a 52" TV

-Full Kitchen with dishwasher, gas oven, and full sized fridge.

The home was perfect for our visit — spacious and well-appointed, walking distance to the Shakespeare Festival and downtown restaurants, and close to the freeway for easy access to Zion and Cedar Breaks. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back next time we’re in the area!

We loved the house. It was decorated so cute and everything was so comfortable, especially the beds. The only thing that we could mention is the knives are not sharp enough to slice food. Thanks. We had a great time.

Very clean, nice property with a great location. We were in town for the Shakespeare Festival, and this property is very close to the Festival. Michelle was great to communicate with us and everything went very smoothly in the check-in and check-out process. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is darling and was stocked with everything we needed. “our home away from home”. We could walk to the Shakespeare festival as well as restaurants nearby.

Property was exactly as described - it was very clean, well located for visiting National Parks, all routinely needed cooking utensils were available, and the beds were comfortable and baths were very nice with ample towels.would not hesitate to go back to this VRBO in the future.

This was just perfect for a Girls Trip for my mom and myself. It was ideal to have a bedroom on the main floor, which you can't always find for my mom who has trouble with stairs. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We were surprised about how much activity there is at the school across the street, but it didn't interfere with what we were doing. Perfect location to go to the plays in Cedar City. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property as it was a perfect stay for our short weekend stay. Close and convenient to Brian Head resort, and matched our families' needs to a tee. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again for a future stay. Thanks so much!

I was here for an on-campus clinical week for SUU’s FNP programThe house was beautiful and so conveniently located near SUU - it was a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Michelle is very attentive and takes great care of her guests!

Great little space within walking distance to Suu. Perfect for coming down for graduation. The space was very cozy and well stocked. I believe there is a basement apartment as well because a couple times we thought somebody was coming into our space, but it was through a side entrance. overall, a great find.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The home is beautifully decorated and feels very warm and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, which made it easy to relax after long days out.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking simple and convenient. The location is also perfect, very close to SUU, which was exactly what we were looking for.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This sweet cozy home was conveniently close to the cedar city downtown area with coffee shops and fun stores. This home stayed cool even though the temp was increasing during out visit. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Comfortable living room furniture made it easy for us to watch a movie as a family. And above all they went out of their way to accommodate us on timing. Thank you so much and we will stay here again

The host was extremely accommodating and was willing to go above and beyond to help make our stay go as smoothly as possible. Wonderful, clean house and the upstairs bed was excellent. Super quiet street and a nice neighborhood.
