We stayed her for the weekend during Family Weekend at SUU. The location is about a 10 walk to downtown and SUU. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We also enjoyed the nearby park and walking trails.

We've started here many years. Very handy for attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Easy parking and nice to have laundry facilities.

Very comfortable house - we were 5 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of room for everyone, Comfy beds, nice towels, kitchen pretty well stocked. Great mudroom/laundry room space for storing gear. We appreciated having a pack-and-play and high chair available for my grandbaby. Close to town for shopping, etc.

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned from the previous renters. We had to leave while the property manager cleaned the house. I had also sent a message to the owner with no response. Within a day or two we saw mice in the house. The manager did respond and brought traps and set them up. We did end up trapping two mice. I am deathly afraid of mice so was on edge our entire stay. Again sent a message to the owner about the mice and did not receive a message back. Over all the house was as advertised, but these situations and lack of response from the owner led us to give a low review.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the home wasn’t clean when you arrived and that you encountered mice. Our property manager spoke with you directly, cleaned the home, and brought traps after learning about the mice. I understand how unsettling that must have been. I also apologize that I didn’t respond through the app. Although the manager addressed the concerns with you in person, I should have followed up in writing. We take your feedback seriously. Bonnie🌷

Great place to stay

House was great for group of athletes staying for Iron games. Plenty of room with updated kitchen and off street parking. Loved it and would stay again

This property was so spacious and within walking distance of everything down town. It was also in a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.
