3 Bedroom Townhouse located in Forest Landing just minutes from Bethany Beach!

Come enjoy your summer vacation at Forest Landing! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse has been updated throughout. Home offers an open concept with a master on the first level. Brand new screened porch for 2022! Screened porch opens up to the patio where there is more seating and an area for grilling. Second level has 2 more bedrooms and a loft area with a pull out couch. The community offers a pool, community center with a fitness center and tennis courts. There is enough parking for 2 vehicles out front and there is overflow parking across the street. This home is just a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Bethany Beach. No need to bring your beach chairs, there are 4 chairs and toys for you to use. All bedroom TVs offer hookups for your Firestick, Roku or Chromestick.

This home is not pet friendly. Saturday - Saturday rentals only. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.

Location was absolutely perfect, easy to get to everything (beaches, stores, restaurants). Furniture pretty beat up and beds were very uncomfortable. Entire family didn’t sleep well that week. Outside of that had a great stay and will rent again in the future.

Had a GREAT week

Great community! Everyone was so friendly. Location is great, not far from ocean, close to restaurants and shopping. Kids loved being near playground and pool. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. This was our second stay at this home and will definitely be back.

We stayed at this property for a week with our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 5-13). There was plenty of room for everyone to spend time together, as well as to spread out when needed (we had a few spots of rain during our trip). We really enjoyed the open kitchen, which had everything we needed, as well as the screened in porch off the back of the house. The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean. The loft area upstairs was a great place for the kids to relax and hang out as well. The location was a quick drive to all local beaches, as well as places to eat. The check-in/out process was easy and the property manager was easy to reach as well. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely return to this property!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Community

Being familiar with this and other surrounding communities in the area, my Wife, Son and I have always loved staying in the Bethany Breeze area. The Forest Landing community is beautiful with great amenities and close to the beach and activities. The home as well was beautiful, clean, well appointed and just comfortable to enjoy our week. The furniture was comfortable and in great shape. The back patio and enclosed porch was a wonderful addition and place to sit down and enjoy the peace and quiet. We are very appreciative of the opportunity to enjoy this home and the opportunity it gave us to make more Family Memories. - Blee Family

House was great! Very clean. 2 doors from a beautiful pool. Close to beach. Had a great stay. (Only thing it could use was a few wine glasses 😊)

Would stay at this house again

This house was just right!...clean, bright and the kitchen was well equipped. Great location, only 3 doors down from the pool. We also enjoyed the screened in porch!
