The neighborhood is so lovely, very walkable with beautiful amenities! The screened in porch was so nice for relaxing.

Quick trip to Bethany

We had to make summer memories sooner this year as one of the kids was undergoing surgery. This home was perfect nearby Bethany and all the attractions. We enjoyed the beach, Costal Wilds zoo, and mini golf. The property was easy to find, clean, and perfect for a great family get away.

This property is beautiful and spacious. The code to obtain access is a bit long but I eventually was able to memorize it. The place needs better cleaners. We had to wipe down the tables as it had glass rings. There was a mirror in the closet in the master bedroom that was so dirty you could barely see your image. The rug in the common area had multiple stains. I even tried to spot clean them myself and because I brought my dogs with me I was afraid we they would be blamed. There were also ants around the trash can and in the bedroom right off the kitchen. I felt deceived by the amenities. The pool is listed as one of the first amenities. I have now learned a hard lesson and that is to always read the fine print. There is an additional fee for pool access and a pretty steep one I might add. I've stayed in Oceanveiw on many occasions. This was the only property that did not include pool and gym access with your booking . While I loved the property and it's serene atmosphere, for that reason I would not book again.

Housekeeping has been notified about the glass rings on the tables, the mirror in the master bedroom closet, the stains in the common area rug, and the ants near the trash can and bedroom. These issues should not have been present for your arrival, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Regarding the pool access, the listing accurately discloses the separate fee and amenity structure so guests can review all details and costs before booking. We understand this wasn't what you expected based on your experience with other properties in the area, and we're sorry that created frustration during your stay. We truly appreciate your candor, and we hope you'll give us another chance to provide the clean, well-maintained experience you deserve.

Lovely facility for the able bodied

This is a second (and third) story condo. It is nicely furnished and located on a golf course fairway. Note that the stairs have narrow treads and are not well-suited for individuals who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Decent but could be better

The house was nice and spacious. Decor was a bit drab, bedding was hard and dry feeling. But other than that it was a beautifully located home, in a very nice neighborhood. no instructions on how to register to use the amenities, no mention that it cost an extra fee in the posting on Expedia, Vacasa had no clue how to help. The door lock code was extremely hard to use. No instructions on how to clean up before leaving. Just very little attention to details overall.

Wonderful visit to the beach area

Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation

The property was nice and spacious, however has a LOT of stairs. Hard carrying heavy things as it is located on the second floor. The amenities are NOT included so just be aware of that when you book as it’s not in the listing. The amenities require a weekly pass that is 75 bucks a person!!!!!! Most of the issues are with Vacasa which is the company that manages the home. They were hard to communicate with when having issues. The door code is like 10 digits long and we had a lot of issues getting into the home. I was then afraid to lock the door. The bedding is really uncomfortable and the beds are hard but weren’t uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice place to stay with beautiful views of the golf course and a cute idealistic neighborhood.
