Bright and airy home in the heart of Carolina Beach with lovely outdoor areas for play, relaxation and socializing! This spacious newer home is everything you imagine a beach house to be. Large, wide covered porch has table and chairs for casual dining and entertaining as well as conversation seating. The enclosed back yard has a private pool and hot tub plus large patio area with table, chairs and a flat grassy area for enjoyment. The parking and outdoor space this house offers is extraordinary!

Minimal steps from street level to the first floor and porch make it convenient and functional for young families and multi-generational gatherings. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

Open dining/ living/ kitchen and 2 bedrooms on ground floor; loft area/game room and 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor. All bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, beverage cooler, pantry, and island. Inside dining for 12 (dining table and island bar seating).

The house is about 5-10 minute walk to the beach, with very close paid parking available if you'd rather not walk. Located on a quiet residential street it is an easy walk to most everything Carolina Beach offers.

When you are ready to explore, The Black Pearl is an easy stroll to downtown Carolina Beach and the board walk (less than 2 blocks). Carolina Beach offers restaurants, shopping, carnival rides, well known Britt's Donuts during the summer season and a vibrant night life. Fort Fisher, the Aquarium, the ferry to Southport, the State Park and Cape Fear river are all a short drive, when you are ready to explore further. The gazebo has live music and bingo in the summer months. Fishing charter boats, nightly party cruises, pontoon boats and paddle boards are available. Carolina Beach offers a greenway trail, family parks that include pickle ball court, skate park, basketball court and green space.

Within a 20 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and Front Street, museums, and more to see and do!

No Smoking and No Pets, please. Parking accommodates 5 vehicles; do not park on the grass, please. A 3 day minimum stay is required in off season; 7 day (Sunday to Sunday) stay mid June - mid August. Weekly discount except during high season. Greatly reduced monthly discount during off season! Inquire for details!

My family & I had an awesome stay! We especially loved the pool & hot tub. The house was also in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach or restaurants! Hope to come back in the future for another visit.

This house is amazing. Has everything you need from the pool and hot tub to bring so close to the boardwalk and beach. You never are without something to do. The walk to the beach is not terrible and we had several small kids that didn’t have any issues.

We had a great time at The Black Pearl. Very clean and spacious. Loved the pool and hot tub. Host was quick to respond. Enjoyed the porch on a rainy day. Easily parked four big cars. Golf cart hookup outside was a plus and great for getting to ice cream and the beach.

THIS HOME WAS CLEAN AND VERY WELL STOCKED WITH NEEDED ITEMS. THE POOL WAS A HIT WITH EVERYONE AND REALLY TURNED INTO A KEY POINT OF SOCIAL ACTIVITY. THE HOST(KATHLEEN) WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND MADE A GREAT WEEK EVEN BETTER! THIS IS A WONDERFUL HOME TO VACATION IN, ESPECIALLY WITH EXTENDED FAMILY!

We were visiting Carolina Beach for a family wedding. This is a great family friendly house. For each bedroom to have its own bathroom was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! My family ranges from 14- 73 and one member with a disability that reflects balance issues. Black Pearl was perfect with the 2 bedrooms on the main level. The house is spacious and accommodating. I loved the extra living space upstairs. Great for teens who want to watch something different than the news downstairs. lol We got a golf cart and it came in very handy for us. But if all people are able to walk it really is a very short walk to the beach, amusement park, and nearby restaurants. The teens loved the pool for evening swimming and the adults enjoyed hot tub time. Oh also, the market is literally a block away and it is fully stocked with anything you might need. That was very convenient for ice and other things like wine and ice cream. We would stay again.

The home was perfect for our college girls reunion. We loved each of us having our own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plus the house was very clean. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great place to stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and great rooms for sleeping. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. Easy walk to the beach and lots of places to eat shop within walking distance. And the long driveway was perfect for our boat.

Loved this property! So accommodating for our family. Each member had their own room and bathroom with shower. The pool and jacuzzi were great! Beach and Boardwalk access was super convenient. Definitely recommend booking your stay here.
