We had a great stay! Definitely recommend trying Havana‘s for dinner and Brit‘s donuts for breakfast! The house did not have any beach chairs available to use so plan to bring your own. There are several shops nearby, but be sure to bring cash! They charge an extra 3% to use your card. It’s about a six minute walk to the beach if you aren’t carrying anything and don’t have small children with you. You do have to cross a pretty busy highway and the button for the crosswalk doesn’t work in some places. You can pay to park by the hour for 7 or for the day for 35. We didn’t find any place to rinse off our things so we had to carry everything back sandy and rinse them off at the house. We ended up loading everything into a truck to make it easier getting heavy coolers and chairs to and from the beach. We enjoyed the rooftop at sunset. Be aware that there’s no way to cross from one side to the other. You have to go all the way to the bottom floor in the garage to be able to access the next unit. We purchased both sides to accommodate our large family and got a lot of exercise going up and down steps. The elevators made it very helpful for getting our luggage and heavy items to and from each floor. Be sure to close the gate to the elevator prior to closing the door. The elevator won’t work if any of the doors are left open.

Everything was neat and tidy upon arrival! Very spacious rooms and common areas. We really loved having the outdoor showers to clean off sand from the beach, and it’s super helpful since we had a baby, as well! The only thing that could’ve made our stay better would’ve been having clothing storage like a dresser in each of the rooms.
