Welcome to this rare slopeside condo Mountainside on Attitash nestled right on Stoneybrook Run between Attitash and Bear Peak with easy ski-in ski-out access to both from the back deck.
In the winter, open your sliding glass door, put your skis on the deck and ski down to the lifts at Attitash. Ski home for lunch and skip the lodge crowd.
In the summer, enjoy direct access to mountain hiking to the summit, mountain biking, or just soaking up the nature at the sound of Stoney Brook from the back deck. Being slopeside also means that all of the Attitash summer activities, including scenic rides to the summit, water slides, and alpine slides are all within an easy short walk. The condo development features outdoor pool and tennis courts to round up amenities.
This condo is just a short drive to Storyland, Diana’s Bath, Echo Lake State Park, and numerous hiking, biking, water rafting, canoeing, and sightseeing activities that North Country has to offer. Don't forget all the outlet tax free shopping in North Conway which less than 15 minutes away!
Inside, the condo is warm and comfortable with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy yourselves. With a comfortable layout and many luxury features, including furniture, bedding, and décor, you will feel cozy and relaxed and will return home recharged. We designed this place with families and vacationers in mind to ensure exceptional time every time.
LAYOUT
This condo has 4 bedrooms + loft, a living room, kitchen and dining room, and 3 full bathrooms.
The bottom level is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a twin bed, a large screen TV, and a full en-suite bath. The main level has a comfortable and bright living room with a wood burning fireplace, plenty of seating on deep and comfortable leather couches, with sliders to the back deck and ski trail. There is a spacious sun soaked dining room seating 8 and fully stocked kitchen. The remaining floors feature a bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bath; the primary bedroom with fireplace, en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub, and balcony overlooking Stoney Brook; another bedroom with two twin beds; and a loft with a twin bed and washer and dryer. The condo has plentiful windows and a lot of light.

• Parking – only two cars in front of the condo please. There is overflow parking for one additional car down the road. Please reach out to the host for additional directions
• Quiet hours – this is a quiet family friendly complex, and we are committed to showing respect to our neighbors at all times to ensure that everyone enjoys their time at Mountainside and so that we could continue welcoming guests to experience the beauty of Mountainside. Quiet hours start at 10pm. Please be respectful of this rule – violators will be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement
• We do not allow any pets at the premises per the association rules
• We are smoke and drug free property. We ask you to respect our choice, and we strictly enforce it. As such, the use of tobacco products, including cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, or electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of marijuana, even for medical use, is prohibited in our condo. Notably, the use of marijuana remains illegal in NH. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without reimbursement and will be charged a $200 fee.

• Guest limit is strictly enforced. Only individuals listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host prior to check-in are permitted to stay at the property. No unregistered guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional fees.
• Summer vacationers, please note that this space has limited air conditioning. It rarely gets too hot in the mountains in the summer, and there is a portable AC unit to support the cooling needs as they emerge.
