Attitash Mtn Village - Mt Washington Valley area! Story Land, Hiking, Saco River

Recently renovated, this second-floor two-level condo sleeps 5-6 guests! Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, gas fireplace, A/C, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, 2 TVs (65" in Living room). Condo is about 800 square feet. Guests have full access to all resort activities and amenities!

The location is perfect for a fun filled getaway! The condo is close to many activities in the White Mountains/North Conway area such as:

Walk from condo through pedestrian tunnel to the lifts at Attitash
5 miles to Story Land, Living Shores Aquarium
7 miles to Settler's Green Outlets
5.5 miles to North Conway center
7 miles to Jackson

The Bartlett/Jackson / Glen / North Conway / Mt. Washington Valley area has many restaurants, breweries, events, etc. There are hundreds of hiking trails in the Valley and so many things to do such as skiing, Saco River tubing and canoeing, 5 golf courses, hiking at Diana's Bath, Echo Lake, etc.

At the resort, you'll have a short walk to Attitash ski lifts, ski lodges, hospitality building, game room, onsite restaurant, hiking trails, tennis courts, pools, hot-tubs, playgrounds, and sleigh-rides (winter).

The resort has indoor and outdoor pools, hot-tubs, game room, tennis courts, playgrounds, Saco River beach area, and an onsite restaurant MattyBs with take out. There are fire pits and propane grills throughout the resort (map is on the AMV website).

Attitash Mountain Ski Resort can be accessed by walking through the pedestrian tunnel to the lifts. The ski area has a learning center, live entertainment, restaurants, ski shop, rentals, etc. Visit the Attitash Mountain Resort website for information.

Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels provided by the resort. Just show up and enjoy!

Beautiful place - odd layout

Wonderful place. We have stayed in many different units at Attitash Mountain Village and they all have different layouts. Pros: -Clean -Kitchen was modern and had everything needed to cook just about anything. -Open plan for living room/kitchen makes it nice and spacious feeling. -Smart TVs are a nice feature -King bed was cozy -Water pressure great in both showers -Next door to game room and indoor pool (and close walk just over the train tracks to outdoor pool) Cons (none are show stoppers for us and we would visit this condo again) -Might be nice to have some small things like salt and pepper/spices left in the kitchen - it is hard to remember all of those things (and a pain) -Upstairs layout is weird - you walk through the loft sleeping area to get to the queen room. Not really a problem for our group but just a heads up. -Queen room only has a sunlight and it felt a little uncomfortable to not have an egress from there - the only way out was back through the loft and down the stairs. Seems like a safety concern should there be a fire or anything.

We’ve been staying at this site for many years, but Bldg 3Q is a gift. Well appointed, sparkling, excellent a/c and PLENTY of fluffy towels. Thank yoy!!!

Nice Property for Families

Had a great stay in the white mountains at this property. Condo is well stocked with everything needed for a nice stay, including all sorts of kitchenware. Space was very clean and included plenty of towels and extra blankets. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and short walk to the river with our family. King bed was too soft for our liking (seems to have 6-8'' of memory foam topping it). Washer and dryer in unit were helpful. Checkout was reasonable with only request being to take trash to dumpster. One warning - the Attitash resort tried on 2 occasions to charge us additional fees (at checkin and checkout), I declined both without issue, but the communication around this was not great.

Great Place

Lauren was a great host. She communicated well. The place was clean and well appointed and perfect for our stay. Resort amenities were great. We loved it and hope to come back again.
