Had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Host was quick to reply to any questions. Loved the location. There was so much to do in the area.

Nice place. Great communication w/ property owner. We had to take out the air fresheners as soon as we arrived - a bit overwhelming. Plenty of towels and washer dryer. The Fire pit was a welcomed addition to our stay. Lots of spices but bring your garlic! Bedrooms adequate with very comfy beds and linens. My suggestion would be to add small table and lights in bedrooms. Also, a dresser in two remaining rooms. We left it as we found and put our linens in washer before left. Thank you.

We loved the location, the yard was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved everything. Second and third room did not have closet or dresser for clothes but loved fire pit ample seating in tv room and full sized washer and dryer. Coffee and laundry soap. Bedroom are dark and quiet, mattresses are super comfortable Will definitely stay there again! 10/10

Great family stay!

Imagine beginning each vacation day and ending each evening on a lovely front porch under the stars. In between you head out for beach fun and great food nearby. We gad a great family vacation here. Spacious rooms, new soft beds, big bathrooms and all needed supplies and conveniences.

We loved the house and created many great memories over our week there! The fire pit and grill made for a wonderful home base while adventuring around the cape for the week. We really appreciate the amenities (especially in the kitchen) that were left to ensure we didnt need much to be able

Great location on the Cape!

The house had everything we needed and was in a great location close to everything. Coby was a great host. Helpful and available but not overly so. We would stay here again.

You never know what you will be walking into when it comes to Cape beach houses, but Cody had everything you could need and more- linens, plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, K cups, all the cooking and BBQ tools, spices, plenty of outdoor chairs. In terms of cleanliness, it was sparkling clean and smelt great! We had 6 adults and 3 littles and there was plenty of room for everyone. Nice living room area lounge at night, can't beat those recliners... And awesome backyard space. Also loved mornings on the front porch. There's also a bathtub for littles. A package accidentally arrived to us late, and Cody sent it to us for free, and super promptly! He went above and beyond! Book it!! We hope to be back next year :)

Great Place to stay with a lot of comfortable rooms, (a little bit noisy from the traffic). You can get quickli to many good places on the Cape. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Family Getaway

Our stay at The Coby house was great. The host was so helpful with places to visit especially for a very special occasion my son got engaged at the Nobska lighthouse per his guidance! The best beach I have visited in the Cape was right down the street, Craigsville Beach also a recommended spot! The house was clean well equipped and close to everything! We really enjoyed our visit! Would book again!

Great location

We had a wonderful two weeks. Coby was very prompt with responding to any issues we had. The backyard was perfect for our two year old grandson to chase his soccer ball & we even enjoyed s’mores over the fire pit. The location was ideal for our day trips to beaches & hikes.
