We had a lovely time! House was perfect for our family. Backyard was great. Outdoor shower awesome. And the zip line was a great extra perk! Kids loved it! Hopefully we will be heading to the road race again next year. Will keep info on this house, maybe rent again ! Lindsey was great. Answered all my questions!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Lindsey’s quintessential cape cottage! It was so cozy and the beds were comfortable. All the upgrades are beautiful and tasteful. She was easy to connect with for any questions we had. The backyard was perfect for a bbq we are just sad we didn’t get a chance to try out the outdoor shower! Next time I just hope we can stay longer!! Great house an great value!

It was our second year there and the house didn’t disappoint. A few upgrades were made that made the house even better! It was clean and comfy as it was before. Our host Lindsey was wonderful and responsive and we’d likely go back again even though my older kids both wanted their own room!

Great place

Perfect place to stay on the cape. The house has everything you need and is in a very quiet neighborhood while still close enough to all of the touristy fun spots.

Beautiful home in a nice, central location. Perfect spot for the beach, shopping, restaurants, and rest and relaxation. Plenty of space for a family to spread out, and for the kids to play. Was a fantastic time!

An amazing place we highly recommend staying here!

This house exceeded our expectations, it was a 4 year olds paradise. Lovely home, beautiful yard, everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back.

Gem of a place to stay.

We were in Cape COD to attend our son’s wedding. The house was warm and inviting. Very clean and beds super comfortable! I would highly recommend this place. Nicely decorated and large backyard to enjoy.

Cotuit is a small, cute Cape town in a good location. Loop beach is convenient and less than one mile away, which is perfect with the beach pass our friends had for parking there - or you can walk or be dropped off. Osterville and Mashpee restaurants and shopping are nice and just 15 mins away. Stop & Shop grocery store is close by on RT 28 – and Cotuit Market is super convenient. Comfortable beds. An enjoyable patio and private backyard. A propane grill, 4 beach chairs, 3 beach towels, ample pots and pans, 2 extra folding kitchen table chairs in the basement, and plenty of books and a couple for toys for young children were appreciated. The inside of the house needed a good spring cleaning, airing out, an exterminator, and minor electrical repairs to get it in ideal shape for summer guests. Don’t miss Polar Cave’s made-to-order waffle cone (check online for days & times it’s open).

Great stay

My son and I had a great stay here. It's clean, comfortable, well located and had everything we needed. Host is gracious and responsive. I would definitely return -- hope to in fact.

Lovely house in a great location. We enjoyed easy drives and long beach days at Craigville and Falmouth Heights. Cotuit is a cute walkable town. The house has a great layout for grandparents and young family or two couples. We had a great stay.

Family Home in lovely location

We enjoyed our stay in Cotuit , a family home that suited our needs when visiting family close by, it was clean, had all we needed for our stay with bonus of 2 bathrooms. Can recommend the local Cotuit Fresh Market shop, Conveniently situated to explore the rest of the Cape. The hosts were helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

The perfect little getaway

We needed an easy place to stay while we attended a friend’s wedding in Cotuit, and the place completely blew us away! There was so much room and multiple areas to hang out without overcrowding each other. The place was conveniently located near the local market, restaurant, as well as hiking trails and beaches. Lindsey made it in incredibly easy to check in and prepared a list of recommendations that helped us fill our down time. We hope to visit again soon!

Great Home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this very clean home in this quiet and peaceful area. Walked to the beach each day. Lovely host who responded to any questions very quickly. Would definitely come back.

A choice spot

This was a return trip for my son and I, so needless to say we like the place. It's a clean and comfortable house in a great spot, and owner Lindsey is personable, responsive and accommodating. We will return!

Great home on the cape!

We had a wonderful time in this home. It was clean, had plenty of room, and everything we needed was there. The location is close to plenty of local things and within driving distance of both Boston and Provincetown. Lindsey responded to messages promptly and was helpful. I highly recommend this home if you are taking a family to Cape Cod.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod and we definitely enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is very kid friendly and my 6 and 3 year olds loved the zip-line in the backyard. The home was spacious and suited our needs nicely. I will say the primary bedroom doesn’t have its own air conditioning unit so it did get somewhat warm one night during our 4 night stay, but it was fine the other 3 nights. The location was nice and quiet. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

The cutest cottage!

My son and I extended our stay in Cotuit and were fortunate enough to find this hidden gem at the last minute. The owners were so accommodating and communicated promptly. Every inch of the house is decorated beautifully and is so well appointed with all you could need. It is also extremely clean, comfortable and in a great location. We agreed it was our favorite house we have rented in Cotuit and hope to return again!

Fabulous!

This Cotuit home was fabulous! We loved that the house was actually almost like "two houses in one". On each end of the house were bedrooms and bathrooms....very private. The middle of the house had a large fully stocked kitchen, a private outdoor space, eating area and living spaces. Also, we had absolutely everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. We have rented several places in Cotuit and this is by far one of our nicest stays. Thank you!
