The rental was stocked with essentials, it was very clean! I loved the pickle ball courts and pool. The location was great for our family to easily enjoy Sand hollow for riding our dirt bikes and side by side.

Great Family Stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Most organized, well equipped and thoughtful property. Access to heated pool with slide and lazy river was icing on the cake. Everything was perfect! Loved our family time. Thank you Red Sands vacations!!

Great place for families!

Great home for family! Everything was awesome. The only thing I would suggest to add is some cleaning supplies in the kitchen to wipe counters during the stay.

St George house

Great house and neighborhood. We loved the cleaniness of the home and the awesome pool! Nice central location for seeing Zion, Bryce and close to restaurants in the St George area! Would love a discount next time as there werwe only 2 of us in this 5bed home!

Relaxing

It’s always nice when you rent a vacation home and nothing goes wrong. Everybody has a good time in the vacation home doesn’t become a problem or an issue. This was a great stay thanks.

This house was amazing. Large and spacious with everything appearing just as the pictures showed. It was just six of us that stayed here, but we could have invited another family with the space granted. Will be coming back later again.

You must stay here!!!

This air B&B was so beautiful and so fun to stay in. It was clean, new and so beautiful. We loved coming back to it everyday after having fun in St. George. It was so nice to relax in the hot tub or just watch a movie and hang out. Would defiantly recommend 1000%

Our stay was great but bring your keurig pods and check the hot tub for cleanliness

For the most part we really enjoyed our stay. There were 13 of us ranging in age from 13 to 82. The kids had the upstairs tv/game room to hang out in and adults had the downstairs so that worked quite well. The beds were comfortable, and the bunkroom spacious and slept 5 kids easily. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook and serve our thanksgiving dinner. Two big compliants - no Keurig starter pods to get us started in morning and hot tub gave 5 of us folliculitis. Be sure to bring your own keurig coffee pods as these are not provided. Although the listing said keurig, it doesn't say pods included. We arrived late in the evening so we were surprised that not even starter pods were included. We rent frequently and have never had that happen. The property manager said since it didn't say pods were included, then they aren't. Hot tub was nice to have but turns out it had bacteria and 5 of us left with bumps all over our torsos.

Liz, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed the home and that there was enough for everyone to get to enjoy their time at this unit! Unfortunately, we do not provide any kitchen groceries including coffee pods. I have spoken to our hot tub technician regarding what you have reported here - please know that we do take these issues seriously, as we do want to make sure all of our guest have a safe and fun experience at our homes. He has assured me that the spas are inspected and treated between each guest. We did have him go and check for any bacteria with the necessary equipment and nothing showed up in any of their testing - we will be sure to keep an eye on this as I said, we want to be sure that everyone has a safe experience while at our home. We hope that you choose to stay with us again in the future, so we can be sure that you have a true 5-star experience!
