Great place to stay. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a good group. Water park was a hit with the family.

Comfortable place to stay

It was a great place for our family getaway. Lots of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and games. It had a great kitchen too.

Best weekend ever!!

We met our kids for the weekend plus a few friends and had the best weekend ever!! The home was so accomodating, comfortable and the hot tubs were AMAZING! We would definitely rent this house again:-). Thanks!!

This property was everything we were hoping for. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The backyard was also quite nice- the hot tub was comfortable and the spa pool was nice too though it was giving an error in the first day we were there. The issue was quickly resolved though and we were able to fully use the spa later. The house was also stocked up well and the tv’s, Xboxes, and table games were a great addition after our golf rounds. Would highly recommend this location for any group of 8 or fewer!

Everything was awesome and spacious. Had 8 guys on a golf trip. Was in a great spot.Plus was easy to check in and out.

Great house for a group golf trip!

There was plenty of room and amenities for a group of 8. The location was perfect to both downtown St. George and all of the surrounding activites.

We had a great time here. Loved the community pool and lazy River. Getting a lounger chair poolside is difficult, so be prepared to fight for chairs or sit on the ground. We were very disappointed that we were unable to get the fire pit lit in the backyard. It would have been nice to sit around it at night.The home could use some more pots and pans of varying sizes, and a 9x13 glass pan would have been great too.Overall, we enjoyed the home and its location.

Will Stay Again!

We had a large group recently stay the weekend here. The property is very clean and the location is amazing! I had a few concerns however they were quickly resolved after messaging management. Wonderful place!

Great family gathering

This property was ideal for gathering our family and grandchildren. The kitchen was well supplied and the house had activities for all ages and was very clean and in great condition.

Felt like a home away from home

We usually stay for a weekend at other properties, but this time we stayed for a week and by the end of the week, we were making comments like, " this property feels like our own home."

Nice place. Fun for all ages

We went down with another family. Kids lived in the swim spa and the older boys liked the garage hangout. Really well furnished. Would stay there again.

Our family enjoyed this property from start to finish. Beautiful home, the communication was amazing and everything we needed was there. Enjoyed the swimming spa and hot tub the whole time. Definitely will use them again.

Desert Pete Home on Paseos

This home was very comfortable for our family. The outdoor amenities were fun, as well as the ping pong table, basketball game, and extra couch and TV in the garage. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great Stay!

Loved the house! Very impressed with the management! We had a few things broken and missing and Red Sands was so attentive and responsive! Swim spa was a win with our kids!!!
