Beautiful condo and grounds

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

There were a few things that need some attention in this unit. 1) The shower curtain rod is not securely mounted. It was a battle every evening trying to use that shower. 2) The air conditioner quit working on our final evening. The unit stayed at 76°-78° with terrible humidity all night long. Nobody got any sleep that night. 3) The other shower (the glass and tile shower) leaked very badly. We had to put down towels to keep from covering the floor with water. 4) There are no ceiling fans in this unit. The air seems to get stagnant in the evenings without using fans. Other than these few issues it is a beautiful condo. Loved having the in unit washer and dryer. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly from the office staff, the security guards and maintenance crew. This was our second vacation staying at the Arcadian 1. We are planning to return to 5C next summer!
