The room was perfect. We loved the unblocked view and quick access to the beach. My kids loved having access to a basketball court and playing pickle ball. We loved how quiet that end of Myrtle Beach was especially on Memorial weekend.

This condo is top notch! The listing is exactly what you get :)Our balcony view was perfect since we do not like overlooking a pool. We were close in proximity to all the activities we wanted to see.

Family beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. Weather great. Condo very nice. Only drawback - tv,s need instruction sheets. As an older renter could not figure out remotes could not watch live tv was disappointed with that. Pool and beach not crowed.

Great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is great! Beautifully redecorated. It was so clean and welcoming when we arrived. The little care package boxes were a nice touch. We would definitely stay in this unit again! The only issue wasn't with the condo itself. The washing machine in both the 1st and 2nd floors were broken. Luckily, we had family with a condo that had a washing machine we could use.

6-Night Stay

I would like to write a horrible review so the condo is available the next time I want to go, but I can’t. The condo was exactly as described, and I have zero complaints. The condo was clean, perfect size and location. With the doors and windows closed, I could not hear any noise other than the ocean waves. Perfect view of the beach, ocean, and pool. Only a 10–20-minute drive to all attractions. The beach area for the Arcadian One was never crowded, but the surrounding buildings’ beaches were. Additionally, the Arcadian One was also very clean. Staff was constantly seen cleaning. Security officers were visible, which is always a plus. I will definitely stay there again. Joe B.

Great Unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at the Arcadian for many years, but have never stayed on the first floor before. We've always avoided it because we've been concerned about possible noise. There was none! This unit is overlooking the grassy area, not the pool, which for us was a plus. The unit is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Being this low also gave us a whole new perspective on the ocean view. We loved it and would definitely request this unit again!

Great Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to the Arcadian every year since they opened. This is our second time renting 1E. We had never thought about staying on the lower floors, but after we gave it a try, we loved it! We were concerned about possible noise, but there really isn't any. It overlooks the grassy area, not the pool. We will request this one again and again!
