Great condo and wonderful location!

We loved the 10 minute walk to River Run in one direction and town in the other direction, and the view of Baldy from the balcony was fantastic! The place was comfortable, clean, and well supplied with all the necessities.

Ski week

We had a wonderful stay in Ketchum. The condo is very clean, comfortable and updated. The kitchen has everything needed for a family stay, including two coffee makers and full size W/D. Parking in the garage is a huge perk. We walked to the River Run ski base every day. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location was ideal. Well stocked, There could have been more bathroom towels. The underground and the elevator were much appreciated. We would stay again if it is available.

Well equipped property.

We found the property clean, and exceptionally well equipped. There are night lights anywhere you could need one - very nice. The beds were comfortable. Lots of extras like a selection of board games, apple tv on two of the bedroom sets, extra bedding, shampoo, conditioner, soaps and detergents, exceptionally appointed kitchen - I've rarely seen a property with so many convenient items and supplies provided. One slight issue and one more important issue. 1. The slight issue is the radiant heat. While very comfortable, it is so slow that dialing in the right temperature is difficult. Also the thermometer on the thermostat is not at all accurate. 2. More important, the handicapped accessible symbol should be removed from the listing. It is true that there is handicapped parking next to an elevator and there are no steps up or down getting to the unit or inside. However, there are no grab bars of any kind in the bathrooms. No seat in the walk in shower or removable shower head. The toilets are very low and there are no grab bars to assist in getting on or off the toilets. Doors are OK, but to be truly considered handicapped accessible, should be wider. All in all, a very nice place which we enjoyed very much even though the mobility challenged people traveling with us were just able to survive the bathrooms. I recommend mentioning the lack of step and availability of the elevator in your description, but remove the handicapped accessible symbol due to the bathroom situation. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and pretty views!

This condo has beautiful views of Baldy. On a clear morning you can see the River Run gondola, the ski runs and the Roundhouse at mid-mountain. The location is also excellent for quick access to the lifts and walking trail(bike trail). Very nice condo with plenty of space for my husband and me and our adult children. A cozy gas fireplace heats the unit so well we kept the radiant heat at 55! The kitchen is well equipped and the master suite has a large bathroom with walkin closet.

Great place and location

Had a family of 3 with a 3-day adult visitor from MT. Super spacious for the 4 of us, everyone had their own room. Great value for the price. I loved all the variety of serving bowls and plates for the food. They had a choice of keurig cups or coffee grinder and maker. The place was quite warm so we didn’t need the fireplace. WiFI worked well. They had a few puzzles and games, we chose KAtan for a couple of nights. Food wise and inventory: we recommend folk driving in from their homes, to grab olive and vege oil to avoid high costs at the local grocery store. We recommend everyone grab primary essential food like eggs, bread, lunch foods, at Albertson’s 10 miles south prior to getting to the condo. There are two grocery stores, we preferred the one that wasn’t village market. At village market, We had to pay $7 for a loaf of bread, and they didn’t have fresh cold cuts or cheeses. We had to pay $14 between the smallest options for olive and vege oil.. We had a blast at the outdoor skating rink and then took a ride to the Frenchmens Hotsprings. Quite a fun experience. We ate lunch at Sawtooth Brew Pub. Enjoyed our food. The hot tub at the condo was a 104 degree heat and was perfect. Recommend wearing slip-on shoes to and from because we just went down barefoot and our feet hurt from the extreme cold/hot coming out of the tub back inside.. We’d go back to this condo if we returned to Sun Valley. We could only imagine what Baldy would be like with snow, but the resort does a pretty great job with grooming. We personally like powder and moguls and only got one day of 3-4 inches that allowed us to do some mogul runs that were icy and non enjoyable prior.

Beautiful condominium fantastic location! Everything was new and clean. Plenty of space. Recently remodeled. The location was fantastic. Just a few minute walk from River run. A few more minutes to town. Location could not have been any better. Will definitely come again!

Perfect “ski-cation” retreat

Great space. Had everything we needed for our family of six to have a great vacation. We were surprised how spacious it was, it’s bigger than the pictures. We really liked that it had underground/covered parking.

Great Place

We had a great time staying at this property. We do a cousin trip every year and have stayed in lots of VRBO. This was easily top 3 places we have stayed. Everything was in great condition, the beds, linens and towels were nice and there was plenty of kitchenware. Also tons of space to spread out. I'm not sure I would call it ski in ski out but I suppose it is probably doable. We never attempted as it is easy to park for free at the resort so we went that route.

Another wonderful stay

This is the third time we have stayed in this well kept condo. It is well appointed, very clean and in a great location. Another plus is under ground parking with an elevator. We definitely recommend and will stay again.

Clean, well equipped and comfy stay

The condo is very clean and well equipped. The furniture is stylish and comfy. Plus the layout worked great for our family. Having coffee out on the balcony in the mornings while looking up at the mountain was the best. And the location is convenient, being just a half mile walk from shops and a short walk to the bike trail and gondola. It was our first time visiting Ketchum and with so many fabulously fun outdoor adventures it’s definitely a place we hope to return to.

Great spot for family ski vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the roominess and comfort of this lovely condo. The kitchen had ample storage space in the pantry for the food we brought and by and large had everything we needed for food prep. Our beds were comfy and we appreciated having the washer/dryer. The walk to the River Run base was 10 minutes top, and easy effort along the path. Easy walk to the grocery as well.

Good location

The condo location was great to River Run and Sun Valley Main Street. The condo itself needed to have personal items removed. All closets had stuff in it and we had a hard time putting our suitcases in the closet. The pantry/kitchen did not have enough room to store our goodies other than on the counter due to personal items in the pantry. The refrigerator door was full of condiments. The kitchen did have enough dishes for 2 meals which was nice...only had to run the dishwasher once a day. Plenty of pots and pans. The fire place quite working after one day, texted with property manager and was unable to get that fixed until after we left. The dryer only seemed to dry good on high heat, we made it work. Overall we had a good stay!
