Our home is a brand new beautiful modern 2 story - 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom space. Located in a safe and quiet family oriented neighborhood. South of the Las Vegas Strip and a quick drive. We have a garage for 1 car, Super Fast Wifi, small workspace, and washer/dryer available. Relax in this luxury home full of amenities.

We’re Covid-19 safe and follow proper disinfecting protocols. The home is thoroughly checked, cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

Spacious!! Roughly 2,600 sq. ft floor plan on 2 floors

Multiple share spaces which include the Main Living Room (downstairs), Smaller Den with pull-out sofa (downstairs) & Large Den (upstairs), Dining Room Area adjacent to the Fully Equipped Kitchen

3 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 beds & a sofa bed
Backyard patio with outdoor furniture, Grill and grass area
Guest access
Getting around without a car might be challenging. However, Uber & Lyft are available. If you have a vehicle, we have a garage and allow up to 1 car. Driveway parking can accommodate 2-cars and street parking is also available.
Other things to note
Our House Rules:
-Quiet Time is between 10p - 6a and strict about outdoor noise
-Non-smoking home
-No Pets
-Max Occupancy of 8 people, no exceptions
-Events and Parties are not allowed

Please read and understand all house rules carefully. If further clarification is needed, we will be happy to further explain. Your confirmation of the reservation means that you are willing to agree to all the rules. Violating any house rules would result in immediate eviction with no refund for unused nights. If there is any damages as a result of broken house rules, you will be charged for the damages and a $200 penalty fee.

For the safety of our guests and home, we have a doorbell camera. During your stay, this camera may be monitored & recorded. We understand this may be uncomfortable for some visitors but rest assured, we will respect your privacy and only monitor or view our recordings as reference in the event there are any issues.
