We welcome business professionals, families, family reunion groups, wedding groups (SORRY, NO PARTY GROUPS!!, NO PET NO EXCEPTION) to our warm desert house which is located 5 minutes drive away from McCarran Airport and the new Raiders Stadium.
Situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house is very close to Las Vegas' best premium outlet on the strip. This kids and family friendly house features 3 separate living space in the house; living room with 55 inch TV, the loft with large area seating along with 65 inch TV and the dining and game room space. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths which accommodates up to 8 guests. We have 4 queen beds total (one on each room)
Featuring 1000 sq2 putting green with 6 holes golf fun, perfect way to spend the time in the backyard that is surrounded by palm trees, putters and balls are provided including kids size. Foosball table, air hockey and golf makes this house real fun place to hangout.
Sorry, No pet allowed, No parties or events at this house. We monitor the house with street cameras.

Great house just as advertised. Owner communicated very well and efficiently. Would book again without hesitation. Great location to the strip and activities downtown Vegas. Quiet and restful neighborhood with grocery store and restaurants close by.

Turk was an outstanding host! Communication was excellent before and throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Excellent location for access to the strip and local retail and food for less expensive options. Easy to get to 215 and 15 if needed. Super easy to and from airport.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room off the strip, yet still close enough to area attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed the air hockey table. Very easy checkout which helped as we had an early flight; we were only asked to return remotes and do our dishes.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The host was very nice and easy to contact whenever nessary, which wasn't but once, and he immediately took care of it. We had everything we needed for a cozy stay. This was the first place I've ever stayed at on vacation that actually felt clean to me. I recommend this place for anyone coming to Vegas. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to the owner who allowed us to stay.

We had a very nice time in Vegas, the home was perfect for us. My Son and his wife came from Newport, My Daughter came from Folsom and we came from Smith Valley and the 5 of us had a very nice time together.

Host had great communication and even offered to help us when a winter storm was affecting our trip. The house was comfortable and convienently located.

Great location
Location was a short distance to major locations. The house was clean and had all the accommodations weneed for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Vegas stay
It was clean and just far out enough to not be bothered by noise but close enough to the strip to do whatever. Would stay again!!

The house has everything we need and beyond, very clean and large common area on each floor . The owner Turk is extremely responsive and helpful!

Just a great place to stay, it’s quiet and not far from the strip. The host was very attentive with us and made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend it.
