It comes with a smart tv with Netflix connected to wifi for your enjoyment. Kitchenette complete with basic cooking needs to savor a Mexican dish. We provide Toiletries & 1 set of towels for each guest. The building is conveniently located in a quiet area.

Some Peruvians regard Arequipa as the most “important” city in all of Peru, even more so than the capital of Lima, in large part due to its historical significance. With awe-inspiring museums, churches, cathedrals, and monasteries around every corner, you will need to move quickly, or be selective to see them all.

The Space:
The apartment has two queen size beds in each room and 1 full size washroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for all you cooking needs. Laundry is shared and available in the building.

The apartment is well situated in the downtown area.

Guest Access:
You have the entire space during your stay. You will not share your suite with anyone else in the building. Guests will access their apartment with an access number that is only valid during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, museums and hospitals. It is located in a central area; 4 blocks from the main square or about 5 minutes walking from the building to the main square and one block from the San Lazaro square where there are very good bars and restaurants.

You are walking distance from the famous and trendy Mercaderes Street where no cars are allowed on the street. The pedestrianization of Mercaderes Street might be the best decision the former mayor could have made for Arequipa.

You are 5 minutes away from Fundo El Fierro where you can buy local and national handcrafts; great tourist destination looking to buy a local souvenir.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 4.2 Kilometers or about 15 minutes from the Airport by taxi depending on the traffic situation.

We recommend you down load tine " inDrive " app to request a taxi. Uber is available but taxi's are more convenient.

There is some zones on the street where you can park for free. But usually is full of vehicles, paid private parking with security camera is available in front of the building.

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; cookware for your convenience.

Bottled Water: If guests would like to purchase bottled water during their stay, an additional fee will apply. The 7-liter bottle is priced at 10 soles, while the 20-liter bottle is priced at 20 soles.
