We had a great stay! The place was clean and welcoming, as pictured. Loved the hot tub location - right across from the unit. Roomy closet and drawers under the bed were handy. Coffee pot always appreciated, of course we brought our own coffee and filters. It was an ideal home away from home!

Place was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful place. Clean and tidy. Only issue is where you park you car for the unit and then trying to find the entrance door was a bit confusing

They are great at service. I wished they had air conditioning. The sliding door needs maintenance to allow it to be more secure. We did have 4 black ants in the bathroom. The property was nicely located for the wedding that we were attending.

Great Staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic one bedroom condo for our getaway. But the big shout out goes to Chris and Hailey at Summit Mountain who went the extra mile to change my reservation when I booked the wrong weekend. Other staff members just said sorry,we can't help you but Chris and Hailey made it happen. We had a great long weekend in the mountains and the condo was first rate.

Perfect getaway!

We stayed at this property on our mini honeymoon after getting married in Silverthorne back in November. We absolutely loved our rental! Each process was incredibly easy, and the rental was truly gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was perfect and had great access to our vehicle, but not as convenient to walk to area businesses without walking through construction. Clean with everything we needed! Overall would recommend and would stay again!

Lovely unit and location. There is no air conditioning so it got a little warm at times.Being located on the bottom floor we did not feel comfortable leaving windows open. The front door electronic lock did work. We were told someone would be coming to fix it but never did. We had to use a key attached to a lock box which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Guest parking process needs to be better. The parking lot had many available spaces each night we were there for our three week stay, but the one night we needed a space we were told there was not a space and couldn't get a code. The parking lot had multiple empty spaces that night, it was very frustrating. Our guest had to go to Dillon to park their car.

The property was very clean. It was spacious and well appointed. The only suggestion I have is to provide thicker drapes in both the living room and bedroom, to shield the space from headlights at night.

Cozy, nice counter!

Nice location. Very clean. The fireplace is HOT. All appliances are like new and the counter top is just the best height ever. Parking is strange but it's a complex so thats expected. Windows could use some assist, screen door and curtain but overall, this place is next to target, Dillon, 70, the tunnel and all other ski areas down the road. Its a great location.
