The host was absolutely fantastic, and communicated very well about the accommodations and nearby attractions, etc. the facility was very clean and felt like home. Would highly recommend.

We wanted to find a place that was close to our nephew’s wedding and this was the best choice we could have made. Deb was an excellent host leaving us water and the s’mores. She was willing to work with us to allow the groom’s father an earlier check in so he could easily make it to the rehearsal. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after the rehearsal and right before the wedding. We had plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the wedding. We are so glad we found this place and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay for a weekend trip

Super clean and extremely comfortable for a large family- it has everything we needed for a great family trip. We loved all the little touches plus the kids loved the welcome basket - truly a great place to stay when visiting the ski resorts.

The Host's communication before, during and after our stay our stay was greatly appreciated. A welcome note and water bottles in the fridge are just some of the extra touches we love about the Host!

Great place! Literally walked out the back yard for great trails and hikes! And loved the hot tub!

Perfect

My groomsmen and I stayed there for my wedding. The house was extremely clean and had several items that made the night a blast. Hot tub was very clean. Great stay!

5 Stars – Perfect Cottage Getaway!

We absolutely loved this cute cottage! It was the perfect spot for our family celebration. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful extras like s’mores supplies and donuts—such a sweet surprise!The beds were super comfortable, and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day was the cherry on top. The cottage was well-stocked with everything we needed for our short stay.Highly recommend this cozy and charming home—we’ll definitely be back when in the area!

Cozy cottage

My family of five stayed in the cabin while attending a family reunion. The hosts had thought of everything-s’mores kit, donuts, professional bath products! We would definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Family Time

We love this vacation rental! The cleanliness and amenities are 5 stars. The location is perfect for our family's annual ski/board mini vacation. The hot tub, fire pit and basement game room make it family friendly and extra special. Everyone had a great time. The owners are great hosts!

Fabulous Family Cottage

Great cottage with plenty to do including games for kids, backyard fire pit and hot tub. Beautiful wooded back yard with history. Owners were fabulous to deal with from start to finish

Cute mountain retreat close to parks

Deb and Marty are wonderful hosts! They communicated before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. Their mountain cottage was even better than expected - their cottage was immaculate, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Looking forward to a return visit!

Clean and Comfy

This has to be the cleanest rental house we have stayed in. Its easy to knock the chill off after a day outside.

June get away

We had an amazing time & the cottage was adorable. It exceeded our expectations. The hosts were so nice & accommodating. The cabin was super cute, clean, well stocked kitchen, and the hot tub was awesome! We slept 8 very comfortably and the upstairs sleeping area was great. Highly recommend.

Getaway weekend

We had a great weekend celebrating my daughter s sweet 16 birthday with her and her friends ! The girls loved the place . We all had fun and enjoyed this beautiful place in the mountain . Close drive to seven springs and Ohio Pyle ! Deb and Marty were great to accommodate us and our stay .

Above and beyond

You could tell Deb & Marty were experienced hosts. Their home came with all the accommodations we needed and extra. Instructions and directions were clear, the home was incredibly clean and Deb offered us personalized gifts. We would definitely stay again!

Great space

Had a great weekend stay at the cottage! The space was nice and clean with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Hot tub was a bonus with plenty of towels. The location was perfect for our ski weekend being only 5 minutes away from hidden valley and 15 from seven springs. We will definitely be back next year!

Rest and relaxation

Great host and super clean and cozy cottage. Deb is a most gracious host and very attentive to even the smallest details. Close to many things to do. Wonderful fire pit and nice backyard to listen to the birds and other wildlife. I highly recommend

Fantastic little cottage.

This beautifully updated VRBO has everything you could possibly need to stay! The owners are so attentive and kind. We were a little surprised it was on such a busy street, but traffic quiets down at night. Super location, close to Seven Springs and hiking trails. Would recommend for large groups! Easily sleeps up to 10 and again, everything you can need and more is provided.

Thank you, Karen. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! We are located on the state route that runs through the mountain, so we do get a good bit of traffic. When renovating the cottage, we heavily insulated the interior and installed brand new, well-insulated windows to minimize the noise. Most of our guests say they don't notice any traffic noise when indoors. I realize most of your group chose to get the "camping experience", so the traffic noise would be more noticeable when sleeping in tents. We definitely get the good and the bad with our location. The traffic can be noisy at times, but we are fortunate to be located in the heart of it all, by being on the state route. Thanks for choosing Middle Mountain Cottage. Hope you can return some day!

Owners thought of everything! Go to be near lots of attractions! Great Fire pit! Owners provide all the little things! Great location.. bedroom upstairs sleeps 6… suggested that these 6 Really line each other! Really nice owners!
