Cozy & Beautiful Property

We really loved this property - so homelike and cozy. Very clean, and beautiful property with view. We went skiing at Seven Springs which was 25-30 min from the house. Would love to stay in Fall and Summer, lots to do in the area.

Great Property

This house was perfect for our annual gathering. The open floor plan and ample seating allowed us to hang together the entire weekend. We were close enough to hiking trails so we could hike then come back to the house and hang out by the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, secluded and gorgeous location

Perfect location to enjoy Ohiopyle but far enough to step away from the action. Max is very responsive and will do his best to make sure that you enjoy your stay.

Great time!

We had a great time even though the weather was terrible. We stayed in all weekend and cooked food! I as a terrific time and we plan to come back!

Lovely house in ideal location

The house is supremely comfortable and our two families had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. Max was really nice and helpful too. The location is ideal -- quiet yet close to near by attractions. We hope to return!

Relaxing and fun last blast of summer getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grandma’s Gift. There was plenty to do within 20 minutes and the house is situated on a gorgeous piece of land. Our days were filled with activities while our nights were complete with relaxing bonfires and smores.

We had a great time at this place. The house is nice with a big open main area and the grounds were beautiful! It’s also really close to many of the attractions of the area like Ohiopyle or Falling Water. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic place!

Beautiful property with amazing views. Space to spread out. Fires in the fireplace were the perfect ending to each ski day. We had a great time! Host was great at communicating.

Beautiful spot

This is a beautiful home with a large great room but private bedrooms for your whole party. It is situated on a beautiful 100+ acre property totally secluded from the world. Max was a super responsive, excellent host. We will be back!

Beautiful, idyllic retreat

Picture windows, extensive grounds, vaulted ceilings, fire pit, flowers and all the comforts of home. Went for roommates weekend and had a blast. The bedrooms and beds were super comfortable. One of the four bedrooms is slightly open to the living room, so noise could be a problem if you want to use it while people are below. Gas grill wasn't working, and we had a little problem with hot water heater, but the property manager was terrific and accommodating.

Natural beauty is right!

If you enjoy gorgeous mountain views and lovely gardens, then you will appreciate this beauty spot. It is casual living in the countryside. The owner was very good to deal with and available when we needed to communicate with him. The interior of the home needed some updating which I understand is soon to be completed and will make for a very comfortable and relaxing stay....within driving distance to lots of great outdoor activities. Ideal for families and reunions.

Mill Run

The house itself was fine. However, the property owner assured me it was handicap accessible. It was far from that. Check in procedures were not given to us on the day of check in, and the owners phone number on the listing was wrong. We had to call VRBO’s help line to have them contact the owner.

Backyard Getaway

Have lived near Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob all my life….this weekend we did an adult field trip and biked part of the GAP trail. This house was perfect for six old friends to relax in.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home!

My friends and I traveled to this rural property to reconnect after many years of not seeing one another. The property owner was very kind and promptly took care of a slight problem getting into the home. This large house is situated perfectly in rolling hills and is so charming and beautiful! We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Every detail is taken care of, including a coffee grinder. The gas stove is fantastic, and the beds were comfy and clean. Thank you for making your special home available to us--it's a treasure!

Girls Birthday Celebration

Centrally located to Falling Waters, Ohiopyle rafting, 911 Memorial, and Seven Springs . Take food for the first night:) , most restaurants near by close at 5;00. Lovely home with all amenities.

We will be back

The house is beautiful and spacious. The view spectacular. We plan on going again in every season - the flower gardens must be amazing. Very secluded property with wide open spaces for kids to run.
