It was our cousins 22nd year of getting together for a weekend girls trip. The cottage was so cute and very clean. Would definitely rent again. Maybe next year!!!!

You can tell the host loves and takes care of this property. This place felt like home! The little private beach was perfect for stunning sunrises and sunsets, and a nice place to play in the sand and skip rocks for the kids. It was also lovely to hear the music from the strip, while sitting on the porch in the evenings, not too loud, just setting the mood for a chill summer night.

The house was the perfect setting for our girls weekend get together. The house was very clean and everything listed was accurate. There were a couple of light bulbs that were out and we did have to brush down the front porch because of insects and webs. That is to be expected because we were sooo close to the lake! We got some great sunset shots! We had no complaints and absolutely loved the property!! The night life can be loud in the summer because you are close to the strip, we stayed there in early October and the bands quit at 11 pm. which worked well for us. We would definitely rent this property again!!!

We had a great time! The house is very clean and has everything you need. Check in was seamless and the location can't be beat! We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch and the quick walk to the lake. I highly recommend this property!

This property is perfect, right in the middle of the strip. You are able to walk everywhere. I would recommend this place.

Property was as listed and conveniently located for walking everywhere. Spacious and clean and was good for our girls weekend. Host was responsive and would consider staying here again if not on the weekend.Our only complaints were:1) the "private beach" is very small and difficult to get to.2) while the property is within walking distance to everything, there is a very large music venue just across the street and the ands play outside. Just a warning, if you don't want loud music late into the evening on Friday or Saturday.

The property is large and was very clean. I left an item in the room and Patte shipped it back to me. Everything was great. Location is unbeatable.

The house was super clean and spacious. A lot of the local attractions were closed due to the off season but, the location normally would be perfect. Very happy overall.

This is a fun and convenient location on the strip! We enjoyed our stay and it was nice to be able to walk to most places. The house was very comfortable and clean.

This cottage is PERFECT. This is our 3rd stay. The owner has been responsive and helpful very time we stayed. The cottage is in the heart of all fun on the strip- great for people watching and walking to sites. The home is well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is ideal for cooking a meal together. This cottage feels like home to us.
