Newly renovated mobile home equipped with everything you could possibly need PLUS a gorgeous lake view! Close to Green Pond, Broyles, and Apple Island boat landing. Apple Island boat landing is within walking distance. Plenty of space for your boat trailer. A boat dock is available for docking only. Enough parking for 2 boat trailers.

Perfect place to stay for fisherman. Enjoyed our stay and it was very clean and furnished well. Had no complaints at all. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely the best!!!

We loved our stay!! The house was perfect for us and in a nice quiet area!!! The neighbors are the best!!😁😁. I’ve never had a Vrbo that has been as clean as this property. We will definitely stay next time we are in the area!!

Gorgeous piece of property

You’d never know you’re in a “mobile home.” This place was pristine. The property sits on a beautiful lot on Lake Hartwell. We were there right at the transition from summer to fall and the view was beautiful from the back deck. Well stocked and so clean!

Great stay!

Place was immaculate and fully stocked with supplies. It was just as pictured. Peaceful location on lake. Perfect spot for our family to stay while visiting our daughter at Clemson. Definitely would book again!

Clean and convenient.

This is our second time staying and we enjoyed just as much as the first time. It's very clean and close to most restaurants and various boat ramps. Our trip is for fishing so its perfect for that. We plan on staying again.

Fishing Trip

Fished a FOM Tournament on Lake Hartwell. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. If I need a place to stay for another tournament on Lake Hartwell or just a vacation, I hope that it is available.

Quiet weekend by the lake

Great location directly on Lake Hartwell. Home included 3 beds, 2 baths and full kitchen. Beautiful area. Host was friendly and responded immediately to any questions.

Great Lakeside Property

We attended a wedding in Anderson, SC. This property did exactly what we needed it to. We were (4 adults) comfortable enough for the weekend and near the wedding. I recommend this property.

Easy comfy clean

Great little home very clean and nice amount of room for a party if 6 or less for sure. Very easy to park two 20’ bass boats with no issues with some extra parking for a vehicle. Nice view and super close to two boat ramps. Will recommend this place to anyone who asks !

Day on the lake

What a perfect cute little place. I never Vr_bo’d or Air_bnb’d before so I didn’t know what to expect. This place was great. It was clean, it was a good size for my family (5) and it’s literally right on lake Hartwell. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend away. The home was beautiful! Everything was as described and above. Quiet neighborhood. Deck with a great lake view. Robin went above and beyond with all the extras. Grandkids enjoyed visiting nearby Broyles Recreation area for swimming. All enjoyed visiting Sweet P’s General Store/Boutique and The Spotted Pig BBQ. We will book again!
