Newly renovated mobile home equipped with everything you could possibly need PLUS a gorgeous lake view! Close to Green Pond, Broyles, and Apple Island boat landing. Apple Island boat landing is within walking distance. Plenty of space for your boat trailer. A boat dock is available for docking only. Enough parking for 2 boat trailers.

The host was so helpful and communication was great. The place was so warm and cozy the view of the lake was beautiful and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our weekend. We were staying for Rock The Country and it was a short drive to Anderson. It was clean, quiet and communication with Robin was great. Very quick to reply to our questions. We will definitely stay again and enjoy the lake more next time.

We loved our stay!! The house was perfect for us and in a nice quiet area!!! The neighbors are the best!!😁😁. I’ve never had a Vrbo that has been as clean as this property. We will definitely stay next time we are in the area!!

Great stay!

Place was immaculate and fully stocked with supplies. It was just as pictured. Peaceful location on lake. Perfect spot for our family to stay while visiting our daughter at Clemson. Definitely would book again!

Gorgeous piece of property

You’d never know you’re in a “mobile home.” This place was pristine. The property sits on a beautiful lot on Lake Hartwell. We were there right at the transition from summer to fall and the view was beautiful from the back deck. Well stocked and so clean!

Clean and convenient.

This is our second time staying and we enjoyed just as much as the first time. It's very clean and close to most restaurants and various boat ramps. Our trip is for fishing so its perfect for that. We plan on staying again.

Fishing Trip

Fished a FOM Tournament on Lake Hartwell. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. If I need a place to stay for another tournament on Lake Hartwell or just a vacation, I hope that it is available.

Quiet weekend by the lake

Great location directly on Lake Hartwell. Home included 3 beds, 2 baths and full kitchen. Beautiful area. Host was friendly and responded immediately to any questions.

Great Lakeside Property

We attended a wedding in Anderson, SC. This property did exactly what we needed it to. We were (4 adults) comfortable enough for the weekend and near the wedding. I recommend this property.
