Nestled on Lake Hartwell, this delightful house is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a brilliant and tranquil getaway. With 3 cozy bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, and 2 twin beds. you'll find comfort and relaxation at every turn. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. As you unwind in this quaint property, take advantage of the WiFi, washing machine, AC, and heating. Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, we hope you enjoy what our place and Lake Hartwell has to offer. Located 2 minutes from Saddlers Creek State Park for boat ramp access. 30 minutes from Clemson and Anderson, 20 Minutes to Hartwell, GA and less than 10 minutes from The Oaks and HUITT Farms wedding venues. As well as the legendary Wendell's Bar and Grill. We are 15 minutes from GREENPOND LANDING and Big Water Marina. This property is nestled on over an acre ,flat lot that has lots of parking for boats, trucks and trailers. We are lake front with lake access but there is NO Dock.

Very relaxing with proximity to Lake Hartwell and plenty of deer to watch! Coming from a city residence the quiet of the country side was relaxing.

Great spot for a getaway! Nice little home in a very nice, queit neighborhood close to Sadler Creek State Park for lake access. I'd definately woul stay again.

The home was exactly as described. Well stocked, everything worked. Comfortable bed.Beautiful back yard, deer visiting, saw several Bluebirds. Quiet area.I would definitely stay again.

Excellent weekend at the cottage

The cottage was a perfect stay for the holiday weekend. The house had access to the cove, was clean and nicely furnished.

We booked this cottage for a week while we explored the lakes region and it was the perfect home base for us! It is a peaceful spot and the quiet lakeside road was ideal for walking our dog. The king bed was super comfortable and the house has a very cozy vibe. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch in the mornings and took advantage of the firepit at night. We loved this rental!

Very cute property stocked with everything needed to have fun. Very close to multiple state parks with waterfront views. The lake wasnt very busy even on a holiday weekend which was great.The only negative was a hornet infestation (my girlfriend is allegic). I easily killed 30 plus hornets and went through 4 cans of hornet spray.I think the hornets have a nest in the attic because they were we able to get into the living room in addition to the outdoor deck area.

Lovely place

Exactly as pictured, very clean, great view of the lake and beautiful location. We were lucky enough to see several deer walk towards the edge of the lake.

Home away from Home

We had to find somewhere to stay after hurricane helene. House and host was both very nice. Good neighborhood. It was a safe home away from home for us.

Beautiful area, very nice home. Only two things would be door was hard to lock due to how it was older and wouldn’t line up correctly, maybe offset? The WiFi kept going out at certain times of the day and we couldn’t watch tv when we wanted to unwind for exploring during the day. Overall was beautiful place!

This property is secluded in a cove. It is so quiet and relaxing. Even though there is no dock we are only 1 minute drive to Saddlers Creek for boat ramps and we have over an acre flat lot for easy parking and turn around.
