A wonderful stay at Sweet Escape Villa!We stayed for two weeks in the main villa and absolutely loved our stay! I was initially concerned because the villa isn’t on the beach (it’s on the edge of a canal), but it’s actually in a great location, and you’re only 15 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches! A huge thank you to Katherine for the warm welcome and for going out of her way to make sure her guests have a smooth arrival! There are plenty of amenities included, the house is very clean, and thank you for the rum punch upon arrival. Thank you, Katherine, for opening the doors to your paradise for us! Don’t hesitate to book this unit and work with Katherine—she’s an exceptional person! See you soon, and thanks again!

Lovely home. Great place for 2 couples! Katherine is a great host! Everything we needed for our stay! I would suggest renting a car to get to the beaches, restaurants, etc.

Katherine was a great host. Communication was prompt and clear. The villa was perfect for our vacation. Tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards made vacation very fun. The villa was clean and well stocked for cooking and entertaining.

This was our very first time visiting Turks and Caicos, and staying at this property made the trip even more special. The home was beautifully maintained, and had all of the amenities that we required.A special thank‑you to Katherine, who met us upon arrival. It was incredibly comforting to be greeted by someone so friendly and helpful. She walked us through everything we needed to know about the property and offered great local tips that made our stay even smoother.We felt completely at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island, especially first‑timers like us!

We had the most relaxing stay here. The villa was everything you could want. It was clean and well-cared for. There were lots of extras available: kayaks, SUPs, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, games, paperbacks, etc. Being on the lagoon was not quite the same as being on the beach (for two older people) but we rented one of the cars and ventured out every day at least to try a different restaurant. We retreated to the villa every night and enjoyed the screened porch. We only travel with carryons so having a washer and dryer available was a plus. A good value for the money. Katherine was great with communication whenever we had a question. Loved that she arranged for our taxi ride to and from the airport.

Everything was excellent! Kathrine really works hard to make sure your stay and everything about it is perfect. The Villa was incredibly well stocked with anything you need to cook in and for all your ourdoor needs as well. Chairs, coolers, gear, it's all there for your use. She is super responsive to any questions or issues. Even though it isn't on the beach we found the location to be very peaceful and super central and easy to get around to any of the main spots. Just remember they drive on the left! Thank you Katherine for making our vacation special.

Slice of paradise

Such a beautiful property with everything you need for an amazing vacation. So many amenities it makes the whole trip a perfect base for adventure. Kayaks, beach chairs, coolers, shade umbrellas, even a basket of sunscreen. Every detail is well thought out and made our stay wonderful!

Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice property! The Villa was super cute and clean. Josie met us at check-in with Rum Punch which was delicious! Katherine was amazing with check-in instructions and quick to respond to any of our questions. We had an amazing time in Turks, exploring all the beautiful beaches.

Beautiful and Fun!

It was definitely a very fun and relaxing vacation for the whole family! Property was immaculate and there were so many fun things on the property for all of us! We explored many nearby beautiful beaches and yummy restaurants! House is in a very central location to do it all!

Great vacay!

We had the best stay in Turks. The villa is centrally located and has everything you need. Katherine is an amazing host and covers everything. We really valued the villa- it was centrally located and the SUV allowed us to explore all of the different beaches that Turks has to offer. The villa had beach towels, coolers etc. can’t wait to return ! Thx for a great trip !

Waterfront Villa in Paradise

Great location and lots of nice toys to enjoy the canal and the ocean! Very thoughtful details, including scuba gear, beach games, beach chairs, towels, kayaks, paddle boards, indoor games and even a handy water cooler!

Perfect home away from home

Beautiful villa with everything you could wish for. A home away from home. Kathleen was amazing, she greeted us with a fabulous cocktail & gave great recommendations to help navigate all the sites & restaurants. We will come again !
