TO ENJOY THE TRANQUILITY OF THE AVENTURA NEIGHBORHOOD, MINUTES FROM THE AVENTURA MALL, AND TO ENJOY THE COMPLEX WITH A BEAUTIFUL POOL AND TENNIS COURTS, AND THE VIEW FROM THE APARTMENT TO THE YACHTS. THIS COMMUNITY IS SYNONYMOUS WITH PEACE AND TRANQUILITY. We also want to highlight that the living room and the bedrooms are carpeted.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
usd 100. (one-time payment for the total stay) CASH ONLY.
MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN (NO EXCEPTIONS)
This payment of 100 dollars is for the only time and must be paid on the day of entry and is in respect of the application for each reservation, are the rules of the complex.
After the booking confirmation, we will send you a Contract and the Condominium Registration Form through e-mail and we need you to send it back with a copy of your picture ID or passport. This is done in order to comply with the condominium rental policies
