A beautiful home, very clean, had everything we needed. Quite comfortable and convenient to all the places we were going. The host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

The house was quite comfortable and clean. We were in walking distance to downtown Columbia and USC. We loved our visit and will definitely stay here again.

The home was extremely clean and well stocked for everything we needed. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was close to downtown attractions and restaurants. It is a comfortable and inviting home to visit and we would love to return.

The bedroom and the closet were large and nicely furnished. Was great to have a en-suite bathroom for each room. Location was close to everything. Only down side is that the walls are thin between the units.

One of most comfortable stays ever!

This place is everything it is advertised to be! Clean, comfortable and walkable to everything. Well stocked with everything you could need. Beds are great and place is filled with naturalist from many windows.

Centrally located- close to everything

Really enjoyed this rental. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a great little courtyard and ample parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great property! Loved the location close to downtown and right across from Township Auditorium. It was great that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Loved the decor. Had everything we needed.

We stayed here during our visit to Fort Jackson for our son’s graduation. The property was perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of room, every bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen and living area was great for dinner and relaxing together. The property was ver clean. I wouldn’t change anything. Great stay!

Great!

Apartment was clean, spacious, and good location. Perfect for multiple couples. Close to Main Street with great restaurants. There was some street noise but white noise machines were available.

Perfect Place

3 couples stayed for The 2025 Masters. Everything was perfect for us. Place was new, clean, could walk to restaurants! Plus, no checkout chores was an added bonus! Will definitely look to rebook if go back next year.

Great property

The space was ample for our group. Very comfortable and clean. We liked how each king size bedroom had its own bathroom. Only thing I would change is better lighting in the downstairs bathroom. All in all we had a great stay.

From the moment we first opened the door until we departed for the last time, it was my best VRBO experience yet. Comfy accommodations, clean, modern, and the host was very responsive. Everything we needed wanted was there. Looking forward to future stays at this same location. Thanks again!!

Perfect spot for University move-in

We spent two nights while moving my daughter into her dorm. The house is immaculate, comfortable, and the perfect location to get to the UofSC campus and downtown Columbia. Five stars on every measure!

Visiting USC

Excellent location for a USC visit. This home is slightly east of Main Street in downtown COLA but a very short walk. Also less than 2 miles from Colonial Life Arena, The Horseshoe, and central USC campus. Even though this is not really in a "neighborhood" - we felt very safe. Fully-stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Streaming-access TV is a plus to use with personal log-in. Communication with owners is quick and detailed. I was never concerned about the check-in process. The beds were very comfortable and though we were a party of 3, this would comfortably fit 6 adults. In a downtown setting you will hear city noise (sirens) but it got very quite after 10 pm. There was also a sound machine in the bedroom! We plan to book this home the next time we visit our Gamecock!
