Great location

I was in town for an event at the convention center. It was a short drive with easy accessibility. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries prior to my stay.

Great place, comfy bed!

Gary was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Great seaside location, quiet, affordable, and perfect for my stay. Plenty of restaurants and shopping a short walk or drive away. Thanks for having me, Gary!

Gary's Place

The location was phenomenal for ocean views and proximity to adventures and dining experiences. It was a pleasure to come home to the reclining sofa and the rain head shower! Some updating would help, but for the price it's a gem!

Beach getaway

Had a really great time at this condo, had everything we needed (fridge stove sink etc) right on the water, super easy to get to the beach. Pool was being redone due to storm damages. This location was right on the strip and convenient to restaurants and stores. Had a great time and will likely be back!

Anniversary

Enjoyed every moment! Must admit I was hesitant because of other people’s reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them! Some people are very critical. The building was under construction with the roof and pool. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay. Why wife and I would love to have another getaway there.

Ocean view from balcony was great for AM pictures. Room was small, but comfortable. Heat/AC worked good. .Room had Fire/smoke AND CO2 alarm. Not able to stream on the TV, Kitchen sink faucet need to be tightened, extremely loose to sink. Was there for Turkey Run, would stay there again.

Excellent all around

From walking in, seeing the view of the ocean and the awesome room, we couldn't be more pleased. Very clean, well equipped, great location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous location

Perfect venue for our busy schedule while in Daytona Beach Shores. Location was safe and convenient. We were able to walk to breakfast in the morning and of course having the ocean right outside the door was fabulous.

Excellent communication with owner. Beautiful sunrise views on private balcony. Efficiency condo with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Would stay here agin.

Beautiful View

The location was very convenient and allowed easy access to the beach. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the condo provided all that you would need while there. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we contacted him.

Beautiful view

Room was just as expected. View was awesome!! It was a late booking for us so really glad we could stay on the beach. Location was great for us…love the Port Orange area.

The unit was just like it was listed. The host went up and above to make sure our vaca was perfect. Great communication. Will definitely stay there again.
