Relax with family or friends at this peaceful midtown escape. Centrally located and close to everything Memphis has to offer. U of M is about a mile while Pink Palace and Chickasaw Gardens are walking distance. The home sits in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It features a fully stocked kitchen, full laundry and a covered, lighted back deck to relax and enjoy your downtime. It has an 8' fenced back yard for privacy. If you are traveling please note there is a $45 pet fee and you must check the box that you are traveling with a pet. Please understand, we offer a safe and convenient alternative to a hotel. No short term rental will be perfect but we strive to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

We only stayed 2 nights for a wedding but the house was clean. Loved how it had extra items for the dog (treats, toys, bed etc.) The king size bed was very comfortable.

We loved our stay, one of the most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had. there are such fun little touches throughout the house and my kids were overjoyed that they were thought of! We would stay here again, a real gem!

Our family had a comfortable stay at this lovely cottage. The location is fantastic and very close to shopping and restaurants. Dottie, the host, was communicative and easily accessible to answer questions. We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and snacks. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderful property!

It was perfect for our family of 4plus our pup. There is lots of items for dogs bowls, beds, leashes& a great big yard with a big privacy fence. The kitchen was great for our meals we needed to eat at the house.It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store and lots of shopping. It was very clean. We would recommend for anyone to stay here.

We loved staying here on our family trip to Memphis. Great house that was well kept and furnished and clean. They even had some food/beverages waiting for us that kept everyone happy!

Great stay at Dottie's place!

We came to visit our son at school and loved Dottie's place! So well appointed, super comfortable, and a great backyard that our pup enjoyed. We had everything we needed, and Dottie was quick to answer my questions. Great location too, everything is easily accessible from the house. We will definitely stay again.

This VRBO is excellent. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the house was clean. It was cold, so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, but it looks like a great space for kids to play. Dottie was wonderful to work with; she responded quickly and all of the instructions were clear. The kitchen is well equipped, and the washer and dryer were conveniently located. And it's great to walk in to a basket of snacks!

Dottie's house was perfect! It is in a perfect location and is perfectly decorated. Groceries, shopping, dining and entertainment are only minutes away. And the house is decorated so cute and is very comfortable. I'm a country girl and coming to the city always makes me a little nervous lol, but the neighborhood and surrounding areas felt very safe. We loved it and will plan on staying there again the next time we are in Memphis. Thank you, Dottie, for all the love you put into your house to ensure your guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Very quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Loved the private backyard/patio, it was just too cold to sit for a whole cup of coffee. Plan to revisit when it’s warmer! Dana was very attentive!

Property contained most items to allow meal prep. Beds very comfortable with great towels and even bath robes. Ice cube trays in leu of non working ice maker would have been a nice option. A table and chairs for deck dining is needed as are usable off deck patio furniture. Once the back yard lawn was cut our dog enjoyed running and playing there. Neighborhood very quiet and allowed for convienient access to Memphis attractions.

Our home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We love that people are out running, walking dogs and pushing baby strollers all hours of the day. Our home is centrally located and close to everything. A short mile to the U of M or Liberty Bowl Stadium while Pink Palace and Chickasaw Gardens are walking distance. The zoo and overton park are within a mile. Cooper young is a little more than a mile and the famous Beale street is only a few miles away.
