Direct oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath unit in the amenity rich Carousel Hotel and Condos! Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from your large private balcony off the living room, then move to the bayside balcony to watch the sunset! Amazing amenities- ice skating rink, game room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, and tiki bar in the summer! The Carousel is in north OC, which is a family-friendly area near great restaurants and bars, and North Side Park! MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 24
Primary bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with 2 full beds. Plenty of space for the whole family!
Open kitchen (fully supplied for the cook) and living room, with bathroom off to the side. Expansive ocean views are offered right from the living room, and an electric fireplace adds a cozy touch, plus there is a spacious balcony to watch the sunrise. On the bay side is a semi-private balcony for your use, offering fantastic sunset views! Board games and a Smart TV add to the fun!
Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper
PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.
RECOMMENDATION:
Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.
When arriving at the building, turn left after entering the front doors and go to the 2nd office on the right. There you ll be able to check in with the condo manager, who will provide 2 parking passes and room keys. Parking is unassigned in either the garage or parking lot. Luggage carts are available too! NOTE: please check with front desk on availability of amenities, particularly in the off-season, as availability may be limited.
The building requires a $50 registration fee. Only cash is accepted so please be sure to bring some! Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building s discretion.
Please note that the requirements and pricing of any fee that the building charges is subject to change, and is out of the host s control. In the case that anything changes prior to your stay we ll alert you as soon as we know about it.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool and gym are often closed Mon-Wed in the off-season and may be closed on additional days. Check with front desk for additional availability.
Amenities include: indoor pool, outdoor pool (seasonal), tiki bar (seasonal), hot tub, fitness center, game room, ice skating rink (with seasonal ice shows) and restaurant (hours of operation vary).
NOTE: please check with front desk on availability of amenities, particularly in the off-season, as availability may be limited.
Ice rink prices:
Guests who bring their own skates - $6.00
Guests who do not bring their own skates: $10.00
* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
If you're concerned about needing to cancel, we strongly recommend purchasing RentalGuardian's travel insurance at check out!
