This was the perfect location with great accommodations! I enjoyed the spaciousness and the little details. Hospital was easily accessible which is where I spent most of my time. But also close to other entertainment options as well. The host was responsive and provided me all of the information that I needed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed for our quick weekend trip. Everything was clean inside and there was plenty of space for us and our belongings. So grateful for the free parking spot. Close to a lot of great restaurants and a short drive from downtown. Excellent communication between myself and the host, quick responses and very clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Great Quiet Location

Nice quaint little place near the Vanderbilt campus and just a few minutes away from everything Nashville! Recommend for a quick get away.

The room was nice and clean. It is a perfect place for a couple and maybe a child, but a little small for 3 adults. Overall, we had no problems.

Very convenient

Easy walk to the Vanderbilt football stadium and a quick drive to Broadway. Very clean and exactly as described.

Cute Apt Centrally Located

Apt came exactly as expected online. Perfect for my business travel and located in walking distance to university, food, bars and nails! (Shoutout to Luxe Nails and Ruby Sunshine). Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in town.

I was very pleased with both the location and the apartment. The only disappointment was hearing the heavy footsteps from the upstairs’ tenants in the middle of the night.

This unit was very near Vanderbilt Children’s hospital where we spent most of our time. Unit was clean and had everything one would need. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen if one needed to cook meals. Only issue was hearing people walking upstairs. However this is likely to be an issue for most first floor units. I would stay at this unit again. Hosts were pleasant and communicative.

Ideal location, quiet and clean

As title states. Great location, clean, with lovely and peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen equipped well enough for breakfasts & spices. Not enough coffee (6 Keurig pods for 2 people, 8 days). The only real disappointment was no table - used the 3 TV trays - and no chairs beyond the daybed. Would stay again certainly tho. I loved sitting out on the little alleyway porch with morning coffee and a book!

Wonderful!

We had to get this rental as a family member was admitted to Vanderbilt Hospital. It was well kept and well equipped. It looked like the pictures. It is so close to Vanderbilt in a safe neighborhood. They also had cameras and motion sensor lights for added safety. We could easily walk to Vanderbilt Hospital. Brianna, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond and help us so much during a difficult time. It was so easy to rent this unit and so easy to work with the host. Book this place for a nice quiet, safe place not far from what Nashville has to offer! Highly recommend!

Convenient and Quiet Neighborhood

Very close to Vanderbilt. Great neighborhood. Responsive host. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Easy entry instructions. We did hear noise from the upstairs neighbors when they were walking. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

This worked perfectly to take my daughter to her one day college orientation! Quiet and cozy! Just know that the only access with your car is through the alley in the back. It’s very convenient!
