Really enjoyed our stay here. House was very clean and had everything you could need. Beth was super kind & ready to help should we have needed anything. The location was perfect for us! Great neighborhood with so many restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to downtown activities. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place! It was adorable. Beth even left snacks for us and activities to do. The front porch with the fire pit was wonderful. I would stay here again.

This is my second time in this lovely home! I love the location and neighborhood, but also how well-stocked and homey this bungalow is. The host is accommodating, and the place was perfect for our stay!

Beth was a wonderful host. The home is so cozy and clean. We hosted our sons and significant others for a dinner and breakfast and the drop leaf table fit us all perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and beds are comfy. We really enjoyed the pretty private shady garden out front for hanging out together. Would definately stay again and recommend this to friends.

Overall a great spot - quaint bungalow, walking distance to shops and restaurants, plus a short drive to the main downtown areas. Clean rooms, comfy beds, lots of amenities provided by the host!

Beth’s house is the perfect place for a long or quick stay. Super clean, great location and the beds are super comfortable. Every detail and accommodations are well thought out and great recommendations for local places as well. Parking on site is a huge plus as well. I would love to stay there again!

Oh, my! What a lovely stay. The host thought of everything. The bungalow is lovely and well appointed. I could have just moved right in. Comfortable beds, all the provisions and amenities you need to be comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much!

Our stay at the Rosewood Bungalow could not have been better! It was perfect for our stay for an event at Belmont University. There were so many thoughtful touches and the owner was super helpful, accommodating, and easy to reach. Can’t wait to stay there again!

The house was perfect for our family. It was well stocked with things like trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. They took the time to label things in the house, like the shower controls. The house was very clean and is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It is close to freeway, and made for easy travel around the area. It is within walking distance to great BBQ. The hosts were great and very responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Wonderful place in great location in Nashville

House was in a great location and perfect for our weekend stay. House was very clean, beds comfortable, and truly appreciated all the little "extras" such as coffee, creamer, etc. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future!

We SO enjoyed our stay! The first night there was an issue with the shower.... our host WAS IMMEDIATELY on it the next day and had it taken care of! She was so thoughtful... Creamer in the fridge, turned on the patio party lights so when we got back after dark the place looked so inviting, plenty of towels, so comfy and CLEAN!!!!! As this was a mom and grown daughter trip, we felt so SAFE here, walked to get coffee and bbq... beautiful area of gorgeous homes. Easy Lift rides to downtown Nashville and Grand Ole Opry. Would highly recommend and when we ever come back to Nashville, this will be our place to book! Better book it!

Great location, great host and all kinds of little extras (chocolates, labels to explain things, comfortable beds and more) made this a great place! Beth was very easy to work with and we had no issues at all with our stay.

Perfect home base!

This was the perfect house for my daughter and i to stay in while we had activities at one of the local universities. Great food, shopping nearby but a peaceful quiet house to unwind in. I would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time in Nashville. It all started staying at this bungalow. It was perfect. The bungalow was so comfortable and very cute. Everything you can think of was at your disposal. Beth was an amazing host. I talked to her on the phone and it felt like I was talking to my favorite Aunt. She made sure you had everything needed for your stay. I even had a weird request and she was able to help me out. I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you Beth for the great memories.

I, Beth, grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and have lived in many places, but ended up in Nashville to teach dance. Brian, my husband, is a native Nashvillian and is a Land Surveying Engineer. Our families are the upmost important to us!! In our free time, we love to be outdoors working in our gardens, walking, hiking, camping, canoeing and kayaking. We are "empty nesters" and have a precious daughter, a handsome black lab and a chickens that provides us with delicious eggs! :)

It's close and easily accessible to the downtown area and is close to many delicious restaurants, shopping, and music venues. Also, we are located right in the middle of three great Universities; Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb. Come stay at the Bungalow and experience all that Music City has to offer!
