Relax with your whole crew at this peaceful lake getaway! This 4bed/2bath waterfront cottage offers stunning main lake views with dockable calm cove access on Toledo Bend Lake. Located only minutes from the sandy beaches of Pleasure Point Park and South Toledo Bend State Park. Bedrooms have queen size beds for a comfortable night's rest. Enjoy the large patio, outdoor grills, fire pit, and lighted path down to the dock for night fishing. Cove is ideal fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Tons of wildlife can be seen around the property, including squirrels, geese, turtles, and occasionally bald eagles. Boaters can launch at Pleasure Point Park which is approx 2 mins away and dock at our house. Boat dock has light and power for charging boat batteries.

Wonderful Weekend Wedding Spot!!!

Josh is amazing, and kept in constant contact with us at all times, helping us with any issues as at all that we had. Lovely home and exactly where we need to be in relation to the wedding venue and our friends and family. It was a wonderful time.

Perfect home on Toledo Bend

We were in town for a bass tournament with 2 trucks 2 boats. Plenty of parking more than you will need. Home is well equipped with supplies. The A/C is awesome. Outdoor area is great as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed every minute of our day stay at this vacation house. The location is perfect. We had our own private fishing hole that had a lot of fish in it. The whole house felt welcoming. We all loved the set up and location. Josh was easy to get in touch with and connected us mid trip to check on us. THIS WAS A PLUS for us. We would recommend this rental to everyone.

Lovely property and host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Josh contacted me before and after the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is great and we had plenty of room. Everyone loved the dock for fishing and we were able to launch our kayaks right there. The outdoor area was perfect for the evenings. The whole area was so quiet, peaceful & relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Bachelor party fishing trip!

This was our first time on toledo bend! Although the fishing was not what we had hoped for, our experience with the cabin made up for it. We cooked over an open fire all weekend, campfire stories and drinks. Good times with great friends! Josh was a fantastic host, answered every question i had. Even sent me a message checking in to make sure we didnt need anything and everything was ok with the place! We couldnt have picked a better place to hang out for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Absolutely recommend this place to get away and relax, or get out on toledo to fish!

Toledo Bend Crappie Fishing

Toledo Bend fishing was always one of our favorite places to fish. The accommodations and fishing were great. Would recommend.

Home Away from Home

Josh was a great host. He was there on the other end of the phone line if you needed anything. The place was in a great neighborhood and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!! Felt like our second home!! Hope to visit again in the future!! Everyone in my group enjoyed the stay!!

Fantastic property

We took my father in law fishing for his 81st bday at Toledo Bend and had a total of 8 of us - adults and kids. This property is awesome!!! It is really beautiful but also functional and access to the water. We departed our fishing trip from Pirates Cove which was less than 15 mins away. Would def book this house again!
