Discover the charm of this two-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin on the south end of Toledo Bend Lake, accommodating up to four people. The sleeping arrangements include one king-sized bed and two twin beds. Enjoy the outdoors on the covered front porch equipped with a propane grill. The fully furnished kitchen provides cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware, with towels and sheets included. A convenient boat dock awaits for securing your boat. Beach access for swimming. Just 28 miles from Cypress Bend Golf Resort and a mile from Pleasure Point boat launch, this retreat offers a tranquil escape.

Cuter then pictured, friendly neighbors and stores. No boat launch access on site , state park 2 seconds away . Will be back !!

The stay was very nice. The cabin was very nice as well. Only things I’d say that could improve the stay is fix the fishing dock up, new boards, make it a bit wider, add lights. Maybe update the mattresses, and the dead bolt lock does not lock, perhaps look at fixing that. Other than that, we had a wonderful time! Looking forward till next time!

The perfect place

This was the perfect place for beautiful views of the lake, peace and quiet all day and night, fishing and enjoying the water and being in a comfortable clean cabin. The grocery store was just five minutes away and the water was just steps away from the cabin. This was all I needed and I will definitely be coming back multiple times. It was everything I wanted it to be plus a lot more. The hosts are amazing and I couldn’t have been happier.

Great getaway

The cabin was nice we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the bathroom being in the bedroom and it has no door i have a teenager so if someone was in the bedroom they had to get out for the bathroom to be used other than that it was great.

Engagement getaway

This place was quiet and it was everything. The weather wounded up being bad but it still was amazing. It was clean and the host communicated very well. Id come back again and i plan on coming bck this year.

Toledo Bend Lake Cottage

Nice, clean and spacious for a single family of four. Close to the state park, peaceful area and the property is big enough to walk our dogs without worrying about traffic. The lights went out and we were pleasantly surprised when the generator kick in, huge plus. It's secluded and very quite, love going there to disconnect for a few days.

The cabin was well prepared, and cool when we entered. The cabin was clean and well stocked There were a couple of issues. The door would not lock securely, and the shower had only hot water Other than that we loved our stay and have recommended it to friends and family.

Very clean and great location. Only one small issuse and that was the lock on the front door. Beds were comfy and the living room furniture was too! Great appliances and plenty of gadgets and dishes. We will definitely rent this cabin again.

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at Toledo Bend! The cabin was so clean and had all the necessities! It was roomy and the neighborhood was so quiet. We had a great view with two great vantage points from a nice patio or from the 2nd “bedroom”. We didn’t fish on the property, the boat dock was a little questionable. But, South Toledo Bend Park was just 5 minutes away and beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful paradise

Very nice location that is a dead end right by the water & your private dock,there are other cabins by you but would never know they were there anyone we would meet were friendly & kind, we appreciate the the owners & the property it was clean inside & out. I recommend these folks thanks a million for the memories made there was much needed be blessed & look forward to doing it again.
