There were a few small issues with the unit but the services were very quick to respond and solve any problems. We had a blast, the marina close by was fun and easy to walk to to ride dolphin cruise.

The condo was great. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Tried texting and calling host for sheets for pull out bed. No answer.

We've stayed at the Caribe many times over 20 years visiting Orange Beach, and the resort never disappoints. This particular suite met most of our needs related to space, layout, views, proximity to amenities, etc., which we were happy with. The view of the pool, in particular, is fantastic. However, communication with the host was disappointing. We had a few issues within the first few hours of arrival, and our texts went unanswered until the next day. When it was answered, we didn't receive any clear answer or resolution to the problem. Additionally, the kitchen is not well outfitted, especially if you are planning to cook meals or entertain in the suite. We purchased and left for the next guests a wine opener and stopper, a spatula, a basting brush, a chefs knife, and 3 mixing bowls. We needed these things and unfortunately couldn't cook without them. The spoons and forks are old and bent, kitchen plates and bowls are chipped, and there are only 2 steak knives remaining in the set. (I wish I had noticed this before making steak one evening!). Overall, it's a nice unit but approximately 300 of fitting-up the kitchen could make a world of difference! And as others have mentioned, communication with the host could have been timely, and that might have helped. (I'm also a vacation rental unit owner in another city, so I'm not being overly critical... A few tweaks could've make this a 10/10 and we would love to stay there again. Thanks for hosting us.

This hotel is family friendly. Pool and hot tub areas were very nice. The beach shuttle was nice to use. Laundry in the unit was a plus. Would have liked to have been able to check in earlier, 4pm seemed late and 10am checkout seemed early. Communication when trying to ask if we could still use the resort prior to check-in time went unanswered. Beach towels would have been a nice addition. All in all I would say this was a nice place and priced right for the location.

Always A Great Place

Stayed here on multiple occasions and have always enjoyed it. Buildings are clean, rooms are great, and the feeling of safety is definitely there.

There were no cushions on the dining chairs as shown in the picture. We had to sit on velcro straps on the faux wood chairs. Not comfortable at all. Kitchen supplies were very cheap and hard to use. Other than that it was a great room and a great place. We would stay again but would consider another room.

Great location and close to everything

The property was clean and ready when we showed up. The location was perfect with the pool’s connected to this room, easy access to the beach, and close proximity to food and shopping.

Best vacation ever

The lazy river is the best thing ever invented. It was incredibly relaxing. Also the number of pools on the property meant none of the pools were crowded.

Holiday getaway

Great place to stay. So many amenities. Cobalt restaurant was tops. It is a hike to the beach, but they have a golf cart trolly to help you get there. The snow come place “Frost Bites” was amazing. Great stuffed snow cones.

Golf Week

Stayed in Orange Beach from Saturday to Saturday and played golf for six days at six different courses. Enjoyed the courses, condo, and Flora-Bama.

Very nice stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Great condo in a great location in the complex (right by the pool, lazy river, indoor pools). Having a low level floor was perfect when considering wait time at elevators. This condo is literally right above (one floor) the coffee shop, which made it really nice to wake up and walk down the stairs to get some coffee and donuts in the morning. Washer, Dryer, and all other appliances worked well, we would stay here again.
