The house was large and quiet and had many amenities for a large group. Easy parking. Easy check in and friendly helpful host.

Family gathering

Location was great, being near food options within walking distance. Having parking was imporant. Lots of room in the house to spread out.

St. Patrick’s Day Getaway Weekend

It was a perfect getaway weekend!!! We left the car parked in the designated spot and took everything out of the car and we were not broken into and it was there every morning when I woke up. It was a beautiful place. It was a great drop off and sleep spot.

Great Location

Location is great. Cons: Would be nice to have some towel racks in the bathroom for all of the towels. Dishes are rimmed with metal so they get hot around the edges if you put them in the microwave. Towels smelled like mold. Pros: Parking was easy. Neighborhood is nice. The little communication I had with the owner was fine. Close restaurants in walking distance. Parks right out the front door. Overall: Its fine if you need a place to stay, just can't be too picky. I'd stay there again as the location is great and we can handle a place that is rough around the edges.

Plenty of Parking

Emmanuel was a great host and communicated with us throughout our stay. Checking in was easy, plenty of parking (hard to come by in SF), bed was comfortable, overall the place was good.

Great SF house

My family flew in to SF and wanted to see the city for a few days. I was coming up from Monterey and chose emmanuels house. It had 3 bedrooms and plenty of parking. House was very clean. Kitchen was nice big and bright. Beds were amazing! So comfortable! I would highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the city but don’t want to deal with the headache of staying downtown and worry about parking.

Great House in Safe and Convenient Area

Excellent place to stay in San Francisco. The train station is close by and Ubers were readily available to go anywhere. Very nice, spacious house for a family of 5. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The owner made sure we had all the necessary info before we got there.We would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future.

Felt like a college roomate house that someone had decided could be a short -term rental instead. Bathroom not esp clean, main bedroom smelled.

Lots of room and great value

We were a group of 5 adults in town for the San Francisco Marathon. This home met our needs perfectly. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. We noticed that many of the things mentioned in previous reviews had been addressed. We would happily stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable

Property was clean and had most of what we needed. One of the showers was a bit strange but the hosts were great! Quick with communication and checkin and out were seamless. There is a great outdoor space that could use a few furnishings. We would stay here again! Thanks Emmanuel!

Everything we needed

Cute house in a cute residential neighborhood. Ocean views. Walkable to restaurants. Quick drive to other parts of the city. Our group was 6 adults and a baby and had just the right amount of space. The house is not the most updated but it has everything we needed for a great visit to SF.

Not clean

This property is in a good location to visit San Fransisco, but it was not clean and that was very disappointing. We arrived and noted that both bathrooms still had hair that was there prior to our arrival. It left us questioning the cleanliness of everything from the bedding to the floors. The lister was prompt in his communication, but we would never stay there again.

Excellent vacation home

We enjoyed the spacious 3 bedroom for our family of 6. The location was great for families with a park and public transit within walking distance. The owner Emmanuel was very responsive. We enjoyed the coffee, bottled water, soda ,and snacks that were left for us to enjoy. The only thing I would recommend is maybe to include 1 more kitchen towel and washcloths for the bathroom. Great location to enjoy San Francisco!

Communication is key

Reading the most recent reviews after already booking the property, to say we were apprehensive, is an understatement. Speaking with the host prior to our visit reinforced our concern. HOWEVER, we had 6 family members stay (3 under the age of 7) for two nights and it's a great property. Bathrooms aren't as advertised, BUT, definitely doable. Baking pans are scarce, so know that and bring your own, if needed. Communication with host after our first encounter was fantastic! He was agreeable and helpful for our stay. We were very appreciative.
