Beautiful and fully detached corner house in a very desirable neighborhood in close proximity to great Restaurants, Bakeries, Shopping, Golden Gate park, Ocean Beach, Major banks etc. Larsen Park just steps a way. Larsen Park extends into a children's play ground, Charlie Sava Swimming Pool and Stern Grove.
Property is 3 Bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 Bathrooms.
The Property Manager/Owner lives within the residential unit and is available to help guests as and when needed during guest stays.

The location and communication were great! Unfortunately the home was far from clean (sheets were dirty, dog or other hair in the sheets, pillow cases and blankets stained, stove/refrigerator had hair and weren’t even wiped down), towels were old and had a poor odor, home had a strong odor, master bathroom was a poorly remodeled small closet that did not drain well. I would strongly not recommend selecting this home for your San Francisco visit.

Great location

V large, sunny, lots of space for dining and relaxing. Approx 2 miles from Golden Gate Park and an easy drive to the beach.

The neighborhood and access to restaurants and travel into the city was amazing. However, the overwhelming smell of Febreze gave our group a near constant headache. Most of the windows have been painted shut, only the patio door and 4 windows actually open for air flow. The towels definitely gave off a mildew smell, like a previous guest had stated. There was dog hair on the sheets and throughout the house. The furniture combination looked like a storage unit was purchased and used to decorate the unit. Also, the landscaping could definitely be better maintained.

The house was large and quiet and had many amenities for a large group. Easy parking. Easy check in and friendly helpful host.

San Francisco Stay

This property was a couple of miles from the hospital. It was convenient, well kept and perfect for my family.

We had a nice overall stay. Super easy check-in. Great communication with Emmanuel, the host.The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, extra bedding, and towels. Parking was super easy, the location was great, and we felt safe the entire time. The home was clean, though there was a mild musty smell throughout. The main bathroom drain struggled a bit, and the kitchen could use more basic cooking essentials like pans, cookware, and tools, if you plan on cooking. Overall, a pleasant place to stay and we would stay here again. Thanks, Emmanuel!

Perfect SF house with original details but good updates. We had four friends total staying for a long weekend, and we all had comfortable beds. Living room was great for hanging out and catching up, and the kitchen was big enough to let us do multiple food preps.Easy access to 19th Ave and traveling around the city.

Cozy family adventure.

Our family, all adults, had our own space and a clean and spacious kitchen in which to gather and cook our own breakfast each day. There was plenty of space in the living room for all to crash and watch Holiday Movies in the evenings. Easy and close parking.

Plenty of Parking

Emmanuel was a great host and communicated with us throughout our stay. Checking in was easy, plenty of parking (hard to come by in SF), bed was comfortable, overall the place was good.
