Great location for family trip to San Francisco

Property is in a quiet section of the city but still very accessible to all area attractions. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would stay again.

Great Access to Presideo and Golden Gate

This property was exactly the home base that my young family needed to access The Presidio and Golden Gate parks. The hosts were great to work with and the place was large and comfortable.

Richmond Visit

The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large dining table for eating and working, and the large TV for movie watching. The neighborhood is charming with a grocery store and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great location, cozy and clean

This apartment is located in a nice safe neighborhood, walkable to cafes, restaurants, parks, and sightseeing destinations. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood

We loved our stay in the Outer Richmond. Great neighborhood, many great restaurants within walking distance, comfortable beds, well stocked. Edmund is a great host and very responsive. The garage is very convenient if you have a car.

Wonderful accommodations and location

We stayed four nights at this charming flat in San Francisco's Richmond District. It has historical charm, with all of the modern amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A short walk away were excellent cafes and restaurants. We were able to walk to Golden Gate Park and Park Presidio, where we got an incredible view of the Golden Gate Bridge. One night we attended a movie at the nearby Star Theater. Edmund was a wonderful host and communication was very good. We hope to return soon!

Great place for a family gathering

We had a wonderful holiday with our family (who live in the area) and enjoyed the location/character of this property. There are many great restaurants just around the corner in a friendly and pretty area. The property is open and great for all family gatherings.

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent. It was near quite a few restaurants that were enjoyable. Enough room for the 5 of us. We were close to the De Young Museum which is why we chose this home.

Nice place

Great location and secure parking. Host provided chocolate and wine which was appreciated. Given what is available in SF for hotel and air b&b- this place is a very good choice. As far as visiting SF- this area seemed relatively safe.

Perfect location

We go to San Francisco regularly and have stayed in many different locations but never in Richmond. It’s a delightful quiet neighborhood close to the Presidio, Lands End, a great golf course, Golden Gate Park, cafes galore and great neighborhood restaurants. We were there for 2 weeks and had a terrific time.

Great stay in a great neighborhood

Clean, comfy, great communication. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and nearby parks. Very walkable to museums, trails, beach, tea garden, etc. We jettisoned our rental car to walk and uber. Fun, restful trip.

Attractive, great location.

Great location, comfortable and attractive place. Wonderful deli and restaurants nearby. Large dining room and nice living area. Half bath does not have sink. Host very nice and accommodating.

As world traveler myself, I would like to welcome visitors to San Francisco and help them make the most out of their vacations. Originally from Hong Kong and educated in the SF Bay Area, I have been calling San Francisco home since 2010. I enjoy travel, play golf, ping pong and badminton. I also like to hike the many trails and beaches around Presidio and Golden Gate Park, and to explore the many wonderful restaurants around my home.

Our guests can explore the many beaches, trails, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park all within walking distance from our apartment. Public transits and private car shares are readily available that can take you anywhere within our city in less than 30 minutes. The world famous Napa Valley wine country and the California coastal highway are all within 1 hour driving from our apartment.
