Great neighborhood

We loved our stay in the Outer Richmond. Great neighborhood, many great restaurants within walking distance, comfortable beds, well stocked. Edmund is a great host and very responsive. The garage is very convenient if you have a car.

Great location, cozy and clean

This apartment is located in a nice safe neighborhood, walkable to cafes, restaurants, parks, and sightseeing destinations. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Charming character home

Home away from home...

There isn't much I can say that I haven't said already about this location. It's definitely one of those places you hope you can gatekeep. Comfy, clean, relatively quiet by city standards. Great walkability if you choose to leave the house. Great people watching from the window if you want to hole up.

Perfect location

We go to San Francisco regularly and have stayed in many different locations but never in Richmond. It’s a delightful quiet neighborhood close to the Presidio, Lands End, a great golf course, Golden Gate Park, cafes galore and great neighborhood restaurants. We were there for 2 weeks and had a terrific time.

Awesome location to base a San Francisco Stay!

Edmund was a wonderful host. He allowed us an early check-in that was greatly appreciated. The property was exactly as described and provided a wonderful place to base our stay in the city. We enjoyed walks to Baker and China Beaches and the Presidio. The neighborhood was great, a quick walk to our favorite business- Angelina's Cafe (maybe too close!!) and a short walk to Geary Street. The kitchen was equipped to support making meals for us during our stay. We will certainly check here first for booking our next visit to the city.

Perfect respite during conference

We came in town for JPM healthcare conference want to stay in the financial district. This was perfect for us it was very spacious it was clean. While it was just us adults this would be a great option for a family people with 1-2 small kids because there is so much space. Presidio is my favorite area in San Francisco so I was grateful to be in the area. Lots of great places to eat. Will definitely stay again!

Great place for a family gathering

We had a wonderful holiday with our family (who live in the area) and enjoyed the location/character of this property. There are many great restaurants just around the corner in a friendly and pretty area. The property is open and great for all family gatherings.

Very pleased

Thank you for sharing your property with us. We enjoyed it so much. It was close to everything, had all the most important things like towels, toiletries, coffee, creamer, sugar, common spices and oatmeal (fantastic since we got in so late and didn’t get a layover or an opportunity to get snacks or food)

Just what we needed

Lovely property with easy access to the city. Having the garage was very helpful. Very clean and had lots of little extras that we didn't think we needed. It's quick walk to shops and local restaurants too. Nice to get away from the high tourist area after a long day of exploring. All the beds were very comfortable and a very good shower. We didn't use the kitchen except for some coffee in the morning but it looked well equipped.

Perfect location and all the amenities you might need

Very easy entry and exit. All keyless and worked great. Hottest days of the year, but lots of windows that open easily and have screens. Plus blinds and drapes and fan, made it very comfortable. When it turned cool, they had heating fans. Coffee, paper products, dish washing pods and laundry detergent were plentiful. As was soap, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, and tissues. It was great!

San Francisco get away

Enjoyed a nice get away from the Phoenix heat for 5 days. This property is at a great location with walking options to many great restaurants and down to the beach overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. Property was very clean and exactly as advertised and priced well. Very close by bus to fisherman wharf. Loved the fact there is parking spot in garage. Family all had a blast!

Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in the Richmond District. The neighborhood is wonderful, very dog and kid friendly. It was convenient to get around and do everything we wanted downtown too! We didn’t expect it flawlessly clean given the age of the buildings and we had to get a couple of additional things for cooking. But overall we would happily stay here again!

Best place we've stayed in SF

My family and I have stayed many, many times in SF and in many different neighborhoods. This apartment is by far, the best. The Richmond neighborhood is welcoming, safe and full of walkable options for restaurants, shopping, museums and city views. We were extremely close to everything without being submerged in city life. Walked thru the Presidio to see views of the Golden Gate Bridge, we strolled thru the Legion of Honor museum on a whim because it was so close by, we enjoyed easy, quick access to Golden Gate Park. I felt comfortable with my late teen daughters cruising the neighborhood alone. The apartment is very roomy, extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable after a long day on the town and reading by the street side window allows for inclusion in the neighborhood without actively being in the fray. We felt like we had total privacy. The check in process was seamless as was the communication with the host. It is our plan to visit the city again soon and this apartment will be our goal booking. It was really like a home away from home in SF.

Family vacation

This is a lovely property. Excellent amenities. Wonderful host and co-host! For us, it was the perfect location. Close to the Presidio and beaches. Excellent restaurants, not far away. Bonus plus a parking garage! Something hard to find in the city I highly recommend it if it’s what you need.

Excellent space for family

We enjoyed Edmund's lovely home (with garage access!) on quiet street, close to public transportation. All linens were provided, and coffee/tea was available plus a few staples. Thank you for all the quick responses to messages. Access was easy and safe.

I also like to hike the many trails and beaches around Presidio and Golden Gate Park, and to explore the many wonderful restaurants around my home.

Public transits and private car shares are readily available that can take you anywhere within our city in less than 30 minutes. The world famous Napa Valley wine country and the California coastal highway are all within 1 hour driving from our apartment.
