This home is a little jewel with a beautiful fenced in back yard which you and your furry friends will love. Cozy Scamozzi also features a kitchen stocked by a professional chef. Perfect for an opportunity to meet with family, to attend a graduation, for a quick weekend getaway or a full vacation, or maybe to visit your favorite Marine at Cherry Point. The home is located in a quiet, suburban tract but close to everything including grocery stores, restaurants and retail. We are five miles from New Bern, a quaint, riverside town with many shops and the original Pepsi Cola soda fountain. You will be a short drive to The Neuse and Trent Rivers and only 45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean so there are plenty of opportunities for water sports. Also, there are many golf courses and miles of beautiful hiking trails nearby. We will consider long term renters and will make every effort to support military families. Come let us host you and your family.

This home was just as described in the listing. Safe and quiet middle class neighborhood. One review mentioned loud muffler truck across the street but if he is still there we never heard anything (and I am very noise sensitive). Kitchen had spices and coffee essentials which was surprising. Condiments as well. Both keirig and drip coffee makers available. Our little pup enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and running free in the back yard. Would recommend this cozy clean space to others.

This home was very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. It had more than we could have expected. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my dog. The neighborhood was quiet and we were very comfortable. I want that blanket on the couch! Clear directions and when I had a question I got a considerate and quick response. It is far enough from everything that it is peaceful but close enough that running out real quick was easy. Downtown is very easily accessible. Thank you much to the owners of Cozy Scamozzi.

Nice pots and pans! We enjoyed preparing meals and the blender was great also. We looked forward to coming back at the end of the day. We had a great stay.

Cozy Scamozzi was spotless, very nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, and a great kitchen. It was well supplied with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It is a 15-minute drive to the historic downtown in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! Matthew promptly answered my questions prior to booking which was very helpful!

The house is in a safe, quiet area but close to shopping and food options. Lots of space for our family of 5 and dog. Matthew was very attentive and responsive when we had an issue

We enjoyed our stay in New Bern. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook. We did so much running around looking at real estate, we did not use amenities other than coffee. It happened to be a little bit of a heat wave the week we were there so air-conditioning was on point and comfortable.Check-in/check out was very easy and the owner was responsive. And neighborhood is very quiet, which is also nice. We were located approximately 15 minutes to downtown New Bern, which is a must see when visiting. Many great restaurants and shops and coffee shops.

Had a snow storm while there and had to contact host with questions, host was quick to respond and put me at ease.Aso the garage was very nice to have in the snow storm!Place was perfect. My family and I enjoyed spending time togetherWhile snowed in. Nice and cozy
